The baby cant be older than 2 years, because the longest time skip can be 2 years (something comic fans have said). Has something to do with not going past the "present" in comic universe.

Even a place like Wellington is at risk so I would think they have some sort of security and everyone has to learn about the world outside and how to survive. I picture S3 opening as Wellington is under attack by some armed group, Clem and AJ end up out in the world.

I think it´d be interesting if his personality depended on what he taught him and so on.
Though I doubt it´s going this way in Season 3 at least...he can be two at most.
