Honesty or Deceit?.. and the Consequences.
As Lee in Season 1 and then Clementine in Season 2 you stumble across an endless barrage of Truth or Lie situations that can determine crucial events and show survivors what kind of a person you are. For example in Season 1 as Lee you could attempt to keep your past hidden and keep people oblivious as to what you did which in turn prevents them from harrasing you for a while. You could keep your bite mark hidden which results in unwanted attention being avoided for a time. And then lie about carrying weapons in the Stranger's scenario which had an obvious perhaps evil intent that eventually became benificial. So it became apparent to me being Deceitful seemed far more benificial for Lee as a pose to being honest in Season 1 in a great many situations.
As Clementine your pushed to make such choices regulary in Season 2 and again for me i found it very benificial being deceitful and aggressive to others, it all became very advantageous. What do you think? Were you Honest or Deceitful? Or were there certain situations in the game were you had to make an exception? All opinions welcome.

Playing as both Lee and Clementine I was always truthful, just like I am in real life.
I am honest and lie when I believe something is wrong.
It is sad that if this scenario came into the real world those who are deceitful would be those who would have a better change of survival considering that being trusting would not be such a good idea in the long run.
I tried to be honest 100% of the time when I was playing through in both games.
Honest and kind like the old...younger Clementine. You get that different facial expression with someone actually smiling at Clem or at the very least not getting a pissed off look. Couldn't tell the truth to Carver though back at the cabin or about hiding Luke, but I guess that's for the plot to thicken. The way I played this game when it came to dialogue choices it would be the choices were either informational or opinions. If most choices seemed not so nice I would pick something that gave or received good information to another character, but other than that I would try to take the nicest opinion choice.
Indeed, Those people would flourish under such conditions.
I played like how I would if I was there. I don't lie a lot and I'm not a mean person. But there are times it was needed.
Absolutely, Certain situations required you to lie definitely. For the groups survival.
Sometimes it's unavoidable but needed.
Lies.
Yeah, just like life.
My way of thinking is to always be honest. I've made plenty of mistakes in my life, but whenever I'm questioned about them, then I'm always truthful. Even if it gets me in trouble sometimes.
Respect.
