Would Kenny's eye need to be Removed? Opinions Needed!
So, I'm trying to write a fan fiction which takes place a few months after the end of Season 2. (Big Whoop I choose Kenny in the end.) And well, I don't know if Kenny's eye would have to be removed at some point, or if it would just kinda sit in his head and just stay there.
I know there's a few threads about his eye being infected, but none about if it would have to be removed or left alone. Anyone have any ideas or a medical opinion or knowledge?
Please I need y'all's halp! (Yes, I said halp. Deal with it.)

If its a fanfic just choose, The walking dead isnt known for medical accuracies, whatever fits your story better
I'm just a perfectionist when it comes to writing and making a story as believable as possible... but yeah I get what you mean. Honestly, I'm thinking it would eventually get infected and need to be removed. But I'm not totally sure ... Do you happen to read the comics or watch the show? I know Carl loses his eye in the comics, but I don't know how or if it's removed. Thanks for the comment though!

Without doing an actual medical examination of the eye there is no way to know if it would need to be removed.
None of us can do an actual medical examination of the eye, even those of us that are doctors IRL.
