    Hi Joey,

I just checked our support inbox and do not see any emails from you. Maybe they're not reaching us for some reason.

I'm going to look up your order, and I'll send you an email in a couple of minutes with more information.

For everyone who was having this problem, it should now be fixed. If your demo has expired, look for "I've already purchased this" and "Activation Support" links on the left side of the screen.

Okay, this should be fixed now.

If it still doesn't work, click Activation Support and send us your hardware fingerprint so we can send back a manual key.

I just checked your order, and it looks like the credit card transaction hasn't happened yet, which could be why you're having the problem. (Out of curiosity, did you download using the button at the end of the check-out process?)

Please click Activation Support and send me a PM with your hardware fingerprint. I will send back an activation key that will hopefully resolve the problem.

Deck13 (the company that made Ankh) is working on a sequel right now. They're also doing a game called Jack Keane that takes place in the British colony of Cape Town.

I have a problem as well. Sam & Max worked, however I can't seem to activate ankh (it is another computer though). I use the exact same order number in the e-mail, even tried with and without #-sign. But it doesn't work. The same password and orderid works at www.findmyorder.com

    Any idea why?

I just took a look at your order. The activations for Ankh had gone down to 0 (our fault, because the game went out with fewer activations than it was supposed to). I increased it, so please try again. If that still doesn't work, click Activation Support and send me the hardware fingerprint so I can send you an activation key.
