Come on Ben, if the thread is making you feel like shit then everything the OP said is 100% true and you can't stand that you ruined YOUR Clem.
I understand though, If i picked the bad endings and found no possible way to refute such a perfectly written post then i would feel like shit but i rarely ever make stupid decisions in life.
But that is an opinion.
I don't think sticking with Kenny or going into an unknown community is the best ending for MY clem.
But oh my… more god! Can you STOP trying to make people feel like SHIT
SOME of us get enough of that in their actual life, so for you trying to say that all people who like Jane more than kenny and choose her endings want their clem to be a 'miserable psychopath' all you're doing is INSULTING PEOPLE.
You're saying it's valid, but if you choose it you want your clem to be a psychopath. So if you agree with those actions, you're a psychopath.
No! That isn't what respecting people is about!
I'm freaking done, I'm reporting you one last time and hope you get banned for good.
A "bad" ending, when using the term "bad" to include outcomes which have negative effects on the aspirations or goals of the central characters, can still be "good" for some people.
Chinatown has a pretty dismal ending which may be constituted as "bad" for most parties involved.
This doesn't mean the quality of the ending is bad.
Romeo and Juliet had a "bad end". Chekov plays normally have "bad ends".
I killed both Jane and Kenny because Clementine still has a chance of finding other people. There are benefits to going with either of the … moretwo (Kenny delivers you to the promised land where Christa was headed, and Jane allows you to establish a new community with a family), but they require you to rein in their faults. As far as I'm concerned, Clementine is done with that shit.
Clem's better off with reliable, stable people who don't irrationally torture people or exploit children in hare-brained schemes. If she exists, then surely there are other people like her as well.
Can you STOP trying to make people feel like SHIT

No, because there are multiple endings You literally choose which one you want. It's like complaining you were served tacos even though that's what you asked for!If your Clementine wants to be left alone then so be it! If your argument is that "bad" means negative effects to the characters then I argue that all of them are considering, ya know, ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.

But that's the point.
Am I helping you at all with any of this?
That's not entirely true. You don't really know what the endings entail the first time you get them.
It's more like if you ordered something from the menu that just said "Steven Seagal" and you were like "oh I liked Under Siege so I guess I'll try it I dunno" but then you get it and it's just a dead cat covered in mustard.
Some people might be into it if they're taxidermists or something but for other people all you'd know is not to order it the second time.

A jane ending? I don't know which one that is. She did say before that going back to Howes Hardware was a good idea so you could make the assumption that that was going to happen. Letting the family in is still your decision to make so....
As for the alone ending, you still kill/leave both of them which you deliberately had to choose to get! The video store didn't make a mistake , it arrives safe and sound, well as safe as you can be in ZA, you're all alone with your copy of .... I dunno... Escape from New York? I guess?

It's actually nothing like complaining you were served tacos even though that's what you asked for. A better analogy would be ordering tacos, knowing you are going to get heartburn.
If your argument is that "bad" means negative effects to the characters then I argue that all of them are considering, ya know, ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.
There are degrees. Just because the zombie apocalypse is upon the world does not mean that all people are experiencing the exact same trials and tribulations. To think such is to discount the entirety of the journey thus far.

But you still CHOSE for being alone. When a random person on this planet chooses for this ending, it's because he didn't want to be accompanied by neither Jane or Kenny and didn't want to go where they wanted to go so (Wellington, Howe's Hardware) so it can't be considered a bad ending at least, not for the person who made the distinct choice to do so. They wanted to be ALONE. AWAY FROM THEM. By that logic, I can say that the Jane endings are bad, because I picked Kenny, but this wouldn't be a right thing to say at all, would it.

I refuse to enter the arena of logic with an unarmed man. Your question has been answered three times and yet you persist in bringing up the same points that have been answered for you. You must be so witty.
My point still stands. It's different from games like say Bioshock where if you sacrifice the little girls during gamepl you become fucking HITLER at the end which means it makes sense to call it the bad ending. Nobody wants to be Hitler. There's a clear distinction between good and bad here. In Walking Dead Season 2, it's all matter of preference. Do you want to be alone? fine. Do you want to go with Kenny. Sure. Do you want to go with Jane. Whatever. There's no ending where Clementine dies. There's no ending where Clementine takes over the world with her army of splicers. There's no ending where the Zombie Apocalypse ends and everyone is revived. There's no good or bad. Just whatever you think is the right thing to do.

Thank you for not getting the point. I'm happy to let you know that you didn't answer a damn thing that doesn't involve LE EPIK MAY MAYS which doesn't contribute to anything anyway.
I get the point, and I've answered you on more than one occasion. Once you started repeating yourself and stopped contributing anything I gave you a meme. One meme. I refer you to a previous statement I made.

Which makes no sense. I gave you a comparison of two games with multiple endings and explained why the two are different and why there is no good ending in Walking Dead Season 2. How the fuck am I "unarmed". You conveniently ignored this, but you probably know that already. Other example: heavy rain. All your characters can die and the killer never be found or they can all live and the killer can be caught/killed. Hmmm, which am I supposed to go for, I wonder.

I think all that endings are all pretty bad. Not quality wise but story wise. I don't know, despite Clem looking happy in the endings like going with Kenny, that doesn't mean she's magically safe. There off in the wilderness with a baby. Again.
And I didn't cry out troll Ima report you, I was upset and that was reflected in my post. When writing the report, I was more detailed, and provided specific referencing as to which articles of the forum guidelines lemoncakes has broken.
He has been banned before and I've never so much recieved a warning. Because I actually abide by the rules.

gee i wonder which one is better to get rid off.
The at Howe's with Jane Ending does have arguable shades of Hitler.
Also the Alone Ending does have the makings of producing a Nietzschean Superman, which isn't entirely separate from a broader framework of a sort of "Beyond Good and Evil" proto-fascism.

I do feel kind of bad for the mods being repeatedly harassed by people who don't know how to respectfully handle an opposing opinion and then expect them to act as their personal hit-squad.
I can't imagine how many times they've rolled their eyes from having to deal with reports from...certain people.
I just ignore them and suggest that other people try not to get baited.
Ordinary posters will be able to debate and discuss like grown-ups.

Okay, wait, hold on, stahp
There are "BAD" endings? How can an ending you yourself picked be considered bad by any means?
A truly horrifying ending for a budding psychopath.
But perfectly valid.
God, is that you?![:o :o](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/open_mouth.png)

Resorted to memes, huh? You must be so witty.
What the fuck are you talking about
erm... memes, I think.
If spiritual guidance is what you're asking for then go save Kenny. Good karma will follow you and your future generations forever.

It's not entirely about safety but also Clementine's mental, emotional and moral growth.
The Leave Wellington Ending is the one where Clementine is the "healthiest" and best positioned to become a happy, capable person.
The other endings leave her at varying degrees of broken.
Thank you.
It never hurts to be polite.
