Did **** survive?
Hey just wondering does anyone one think luke could survive and return in season 3? I mean you never actually see him die just like Kenny and look where he is now...... Also was supposedly supposed to survive and it was going to be Luke Vs. Kenny. He could have survived it says even at super cold temperatures he could have at least an hour. He could of regained consciousness then crawled through the ice. Then maybe another group came and saw him lying there and helped him.

There's no possible way he could have survived, even if he somehow made it out (he didn't) he would freeze to death before he could do anything.

I'd say that he's probably about as alive as a hammer
as dead as a squirrel ran over by six hundred semi trucks
as likely to live as winning the lottery jackpot seven-hundred-thousand times in a row.

Nope, he is dead.
Its a sad thing, but Luke is a walker in the bottom of that frozen river/lake.
His "death" is one of the pathetic in the game. As I was playing I was like, "Luke, try to swim upward!" I still blame Bonnie for getting him killed. I tried to be smart and stay back.
Considering you can see Luke's dead body, no.
In ice cold water it's the same thing. He's dead.
I hate how he died one of the worst ways possible after his birthday.

Ah. Nevermind then. One thing I don't get is, why didn't both Luke and Clem just come back up through the giant hole they fell through instead of trying to break through somewhere else?

Most likely a shock due to cold water. Momentum can make you end up far away from the break in the ice.

For a moment there things weren't looking well for good ol' Luke, couldn't help the fish but I got out, spent a long time alone after that. Long story short, I got lucky, real lucky.
Luke gets frozen.....100 years later, he wakes up and people are wearing caps with D's on it. He says "Your, hat looks familiar...." then he turns his head and sees a statue of adult Clementine...he sheds tears....many many tears that he wasnt there when she needed him...
But then again, we gotta let it go
They sink first and float later, when their body is filled with gasses from decomposing.

And honestly the ice would probably freeze back up before he even got to the top again

Because Luke would probably not harm Kenny for Clementines sake. But then again Luke wouldn't "abandon" the baby in the first place so there wouldn't be a fight. But if there was a fight...
