    AJ: Do you wanna build a snowmaaaaan?

    T.T oh...

    I knoooow, they set it up since episode 2, lots of decisions were revolved with deciding between those two. Who do you sit with? Who's name do you call out to in the herd? Who do you side with? Episode 5 just made that all go to splat T_T I mean what was the point of all that? Seriously, what was the point of all of that?

    Also who in their right mind crosses a frozen lake and says there's no way around it when clearly there is? I could get it if it'd been a river, then you really would have no choice but to cross it, but it was a lake! There was no reason to go on the ice just because Arvo said so and because they were too lazy to walk around it. Sometimes I wish Episode 5 never happened because whatever they were planning before probably would've been better than what the finale ended up as. Forget realism, forget predictably, I'd of enjoyed to see all that Luke and Kenny stuff amount to something even if they became friends in the end, it'd been one hell of a ride than the force fighting between Kenny and Jane. Ah...

  • I know right! I'm so annoyed because Telltale just basically killed Luke for shock value, I mean they even said in the ign spoiler talk that noone was expecting it and they compared it to a movie where something happened and noone expected it and they did it because noone expected it to me that's just bullshit. Luke deserved so much better than a shitty send off just because Telltale wanted to shock the players... They may have shocked me into not buying season 3... May.... :P

  • That walker that ambushes Kenny before the lake kills him, we get to the lake, Bonnie falls into the ice but cant get out and we save Luke.

    Jane, Luke, Clem and Mike get the truck working and drive back to Howe's with AJ. Arvo gets left behind and if Mike really wants, he gets left behind too.

  • Telltale don't let a lot of things come into play, so I guess we just have to get used to it :P

    I think that's what makes me upset about it; it's Telltale. With companies like Capcom and Square Enix you expect them to heck up from time to time. But with Telltale, after what they did with Season 1, I expected so much better from them than to pull a terrible stunt like that. It'd be like if after what we got from Naughty Dog with The Last of Us, they did a sequel that didn't live up to the writing in the first game and then went and pulled off the same stunt. I get it, people die in that world and it can be sudden, but that was the worst move they could've ever made for that character, and having Episode 5 so detached from the plot elements like you mentioned from the previous episodes really didn't help the finale at all.

    It might be a maybe for you, but sadly I'm set on my decision. I'm not paying for a Season 3 or any other TWDG titles if that's the stunt they're going to keep pulling. I guess you could call it protesting in a way...even though really I don't want to, but that's how it is :( they're not getting a penny from me no matter what flashy stuff they throw at me, not if it ends with Clem or somebody else drowning a cheap death at the bottom of a lake too.

  • Wizard of Oz ending. After it's all done (adult Clem) wakes up from a head injury in the hospital. Everyone from the dream was someone she actually knew in life. Like Carver could have just been her douche bag manager at her job. Kenny was her neighbor ect

    Yes! To protect us from other fans, who think we are trolls. When really we are just unsatisfied customers...I want my money back ;_;

    Seriously though, I have lost faith in them. Perhaps that's why I cling to the small hope Luke will come back alive like Kenny did, because then I could go 'okay, you're off the hook' and keep enjoying playing these games instead of worrying of them making the same mistake twice :(

    My dream ending of The Walking Dead:

    My dream ending can only become true...

    IF (

    • There are like 3 more seasons of the walking dead. (at the least!) &&
    • Clementine survives and the ending will result in a open ending. &&
    • Clementine has learned all the necessary knowledge on how to survive in this world. &&
    • Clementine meets love / friendly, intelligent and mentally stable sane human beings (basically if Clementine meets people like herself). &&
    • We see a familiar face again (just like the moment where we saw Kenny again after a long time). &&
    • $writing == "good"

    ) { $die_happy = true; }

    IF ( $die_happy == true) {

    exit();

    } else {

    include( $life );

    // no trolls: "variable $life is not defined." or "variable $life is undefined."

    }

  • Yeah that ending it would be really tragic. and it would show that as deaths go tell-tale don't have any limits to what they do. I hope you understood the Narnia thing, I will explain if you didn't get it.

    Yeah, got to admit I'm glad it didn't go that way as I would have found it way too sad. The image of Kenny burying those little bodies would be too much.

  • I googled it! I had read some Narnia books as a kid but not all so I didn't know what you meant exactly so searched. You're talking about the train ending, right?
