I acutally think the same with you. Not to mention how similiar her personality is with Kat's. And I feel sick about how TTG brings Kenny back only to tortue him again and again. In S2E3 I started to realize that she's really like Kat, and got a bad feeling that she may be killed off easily. Repeating other's features often means you are not important enough to be shed light on. But I'm still shocked that TTG did it so soon.
Yep Sarita was only there so Kenny can have another loved one lost. But i'm glad he came back as I wasn't the biggest Kenny fan in season 1 but we got to see Kenny evolve and change alot since season 1. I mean just look at season 2 and think what it would've been like without Kenny...
I think we can say that bout pretty much everyone. "Lee was only there for clementine to get more mature" i get your point but i think sarita was just sarita and people die. It's the walking dead, pretty much everyone dies.
I agree, I never thought about it that way, but now you mention it, I totally agree. Her death made a huge impact on him, her words to Clementine when she tell her that he's not the same, she's telling us that he changed. She witnessed two Kenny in her life.

It's not like Kenny didn't suffer about Sarita's death, he obviously did. The baby just gave him new hope again and made him realize that his life isn't over yet.

Kenny could never stop Duck. Duck running around everywhere. Kenny has also said, that he will not do the same like in Duck. Kenny is trying to be a better father for AJ. This is a sign that Kenny wants to live. Kenny is like a father for AJ and Clementine. I couldn't kill Kenny, he reminds me too much of Season 1 with Lee and everyone else. At the end of the game, when you with Kenny and AJ. Kenny sacrifices himself for Clementine and AJ. Kenny is always trying to save the kids.

As soon as I saw Sarita, I knew she was going to be Katjaa 2.0. I really wanted Telltale to not go down this predictable "wife/girlfriend killed off for husband/boyfriend angst" again, but alas.
And as soon as that leaked picture of Sarita dying in Kenny's arm from Episode 4 was released, I knew that she was doomed no matter what choice we make with Sarita and her infected arm.
Problem is, unlike Katjaa, we barely know anything about Sarita herself. Whatever happens to her doesn't matter because we barely know anything about her. Instead we're supposed to feel sorry for Kenny for losing another partner, not the woman who was bit and is dying of a horrible disease right in front of us.
