How I think they could do a Season 3

I think the way they could do a season three is have everyone's story the same, but if you ended up with nobody, it would make a new character to fill in the role of Kenny or Jane. I think if they did this, it would be interesting to see how the different characters go through the different situations. Like I said, Kenny, Jane, and the new person would all be interchangeable, and they would each do the same things story wise but with their own approach. I think that if Telltale did this, it would be a great redemption to how they handled determinants in the past (ahem Nick and Sarah)

  • This would probably be a very good idea.

  • Here's my vision for season 3:

Protagonist meets new characters, Telltale tries to get you attached to said characters, go on an adventure that lasts 5 episodes while these characters die and you feel bad.

I call it: The Walking Dead Season 3.

  • Yeah, it's the only way I can imagine they could continue Clem's story without starting everyone at the same point with none of our ending choices mattering (which I realllly hope does not happen)

  • I think it'd be cool to find Lee's wife showed up

  • I wish they'd put enough time and effort ($$$) into developing the seperate stories.

I'd like that if it meant Jane/Kenny could stick around a while longer but I don't think we'll get that lucky.

  • That would be pretty friggin cool. But that would probably take a lot of work for Telltale. I doubt it, but I like it!

  • I don't really mind the "illusion of choice" (because I frankly understand branching all endings completely is way too much work) but in cases of determinant characters, I agree. Mostly because of the emotional attachment to the characters. Some work should at least be put into how they leave us especially in a case like this. But I'm setting my expectations low so I won't set myself up for disappointment.
