I liked Lee. Sad, that Lee had to die.

  • Sure , drop the walkie talkie so he can not contact her....

She tells Luke that she ran away. It could be that she left her hat and radio for Lee to find as a way to let him know that she was gone. That we don't know. We do know that from her side of the story she says she ran away.

What are you talking about? Clem´s walkie talkie was the only one the group had.

  • Hi xboxplayer_12

I found this picture on the internet, but (at Train-Scene) If you say as Lee to Clementine that her parents are dead. Clementine is crying and Lee hugged Clementine. In the game, I never said to Clementine that her parents are dead. I have always been hopeful to Clementine that we find their parents, but I knew it that her parents are dead.

  • I don't know man, I'm only guessing.

"I ran away. He died trying to get me back / Luke will remember that"

As Clem remembers it, she ran away. This might just be a writing inconsistency, but that's how she says it in Season 2.

She knows that the stranger has a radio, so leaving a radio for Lee to find might make sense, or it could just be a scripting problem, where the writers in the first game intended for her to be kidnapped and the writers in the second season intended for her to have ran away forgetting the hat and radio details.

It's cannon, at least, that Clem can tell Luke that she ran away, for whatever reason.

  • I'll also add that with many options Clem is clearly suffering from this. She clearly feels responsible for Lee's dying, and for me, what made those scenes so touching, is that she's right about it being her fault, at least from my point of view, and I can relate... not specifically to getting somebody killed, but I can relate to looking back at decisions I made when I was young and stupid and fully understanding some of the pain I've caused to others.

Her survivor's guilt scenes hit me pretty hard :)

  • Then again, if he hadn't verbally abused her(the least we can know for certain on how Lee hurt her), Lee's wife might not have been distanced from him enough to seek the attention of another man. And then if she had time for raising a family, Lee might not ever have been pissed enough to drive her away.

  • The stranger asked if he hurt someone. He can say his wife. He said he hurt her in "a lot of ways". If these arguments did not escalate in any way that might be conceivably harmful to his wife, why would he have the option of bringing it up? Alternatively, he could have become cold toward her, deprived her of his affection, etc. That passive aggressive behavior might seem trivial, but it can be severe strongly displayed and/or over a long period of time. Maybe. Marriage is a whole other, alien thing to me and you, I'm just giving it the benefit of the doubt. This is his wife, and it only makes it worse because he couldn't have what he wanted. I'm sure his wife wouldn't have minded having a child, but her job prevented it, and Lee acted like it was her fault.

  • In criminal law, kidnapping is the taking away or transportation of a person against that person's will,

    That´s the definition of kidnnaping.

And Clem came willingly to the Stranger. It became a kidnapping when the Stranger forced her into that closet after she contacts Lee on the radio-when he did something agaist her will.
