  • I have no reason to seek vengeance for something someone did. He may have shot me, but I understand his reasoning, and I forgave him a long time ago.

No reason? Did you not get shot?

  • Shoot him in the shoulder then leave.

  • I wouldn't punish him but I would actually feel bad for him, I understand his reason to shot Clem, I know it was stupid but I get him

Even though I like Arvo, if I played as Clementine there will be no forgiveness nor should there be. If there is the option to give him a non-fatal shot in the shoulder area somewhere, I'd probably take it. Even better, I'd just have Clementine refuse to be around him/leave him, she doesn't necessarily have to hurt him. It wouldn't make sense for Clem to forgive him, regardless of his reason for shooting her. Kind of like how I let Kenny kill Jane and then I shot him, I like both of those characters but it is dangerous for Clementine to be around them, so I got rid of them. (That and I wanna see what will happen with s3 starting out with neither of them, seeing as they are determinant and supposed to die anyway.)

Maybe I'd even take some of his things if he had them, to repay for the stuff he stole but perhaps that is overkill, I don't know. I forgive him, but as Clementine, I can't forgive him. Does that make sense?

So if someone came and killed your entire family and left you a quadriplegic you wouldn't want justice? But... what if he needed to rob your family because he needed to pay for his child's education, and your dad just happened to be holding a weapon. I mean, the hypothetical man had a reason.... so... he should be forgiven, right?

PS- I don't know if this happened in your game, but in mine I was as nice as the story would let me be to him. He still shot me after I tried to defend him. Is it still understandable that he shot me?

  • The only option is to torture him until you collect enough tears to make a salt lick to drop on his head.

  • How troy was punished.

As someone who used to live in Michigan, that will never not be funny to me.

I'd not be an asshole like everyone else and actually feel bad for the guy who lost his sister and was brutally beaten, traumatized and made a mistake in shooting a child because they could call for help from the guy that beat him.

  • This.

He thinks Clem killed Nathasa. You know, Arvo´s sister. How Clem treats him for there on doesn´t make a diference because he thougth Clem had killed his sister.

  • He's my third favorite character so I was as nice to him as possible. But the moment I saw the option to shoot Natasha come up I knew Arvo would never like Clem again. Because, from what he saw, we executed his last remaining family member. No matter how nice you could be, all he'll see of you is his sister's killer, especially because you aren't allowed to explain to him why you shot her.

  • It's cool you like him. Interesting to see different opinions about some of the characters. Keep it that way, friend.

  • Killed his walker sister. Can you honestly believe he wouldn't know what happens when you "wake up" after being dead -- after two years of living in TWD universe? I sure can't.

  • You don't think by 2 years of living in the zombie apocalypse he wouldn't know what happens to you when you miraculously get back up after dying? Come on now....

  • It's a possibility that he doesn't know because his group consists of Russian speakers who don't speak a lot of English so it'd be a lot harder to collect information from other groups.

But if he does know that fact, it's not like he saw his sister turn, in fact the translations proved he didn't know what happened.

Arvo sees his sister moving in the corner of his eye

Arvo: Stop it! Let me go! I need to see if she's okay!

All he sees after that is Clem shoot her right in the face. Perhaps his grief stopped him from thinking completely through it, but he had absolutely no clue his sister died and turned, it looked like an execution from his perspective.

  • OK, maybe if you screamed and didn't give it to Mike, but AFTER NOT SCREAMING AND GIVING OVER THE WEAPON?

  • It depends on how we come about meeting him. If he's with other people and those people like him I wouldn't off him right off the bat, as doing that might get me killed. If he was alone, or with Mike/Bonnie? [Shoot Arvo]

  • I find the notion that no one in the group ever found out this vital and life saving information highly, highly improbable. Laughably so.

With the emotional shock of the entire initial event I can definitely concur he possibly didn't know his sister had come back as a zombie. If he would have shot Clem right after she had shot his sister then it would have at least made a little bit of sense. But after the hours and hours of solemn contemplation he would have undoubtedly had there is no reason he shouldn't have come to this completely recognizable conclusion. Piecing this puzzle together isn't that hard.

    1) She wasn't responding, with bodily trauma that would probably kill, and showed all the signs of death.

    2) She suddenly springs back to life.

    3) Clem shoots the "suddenly ok" sister.

    Wonder what happened there?...

  • In addition- I felt as you did. I was going to give him the only form of transportation we had aside from our feet. I was willingly letting him and 2 other people leave, knowing they would be taking some vital resources. I was ok with this. I felt he deserved it after what happened to him. I tried to protect him, but the powers that be let Kenny do what he intended. So when it came time for me to actually be able to help him instead of having to watch the boy get beaten, he shoots me!
