Okay, this is going back to Season 1.
I was re-watching Episode 4, and I realized that the bells that Molly uses aren't on an automatic timer. It's her ringing the bells, right? Well, when the Lee and Molly are going back to the command center in Crawford, the bell starts to ring (not sure which bell, though).
My question is, who in the blue hell is ringing that damn bell? If it's not Molly, is it the stranger? But why would it be him if the bell rings whether you bring Clementine or not. Even if you bring her, it rings. So I doubt the stranger would. So who's doing it?
