Favorite Moments in TWD

Pretty self-explanatory. What were your favorite moments from both seasons? Moments that you either thought were really well written, really emotional, perfect for the episode they were used in, etc.

This was the most emotional and well developed part of the game for me. Everything combined made it so perfect. Kenny's guilt about Shawn, his stages of denial, and the addition of Katjaa's suicide. Especially the part when I had to explain to Clementine what was happening. It wasn't rushed, you knew it was coming, you just didn't know when. And even with the time to prepare, I was still torn apart when I had to click that prompt. The music was such a nice touch.

  • That was actually a really fucking powerful scene. Sad people who dropped Ben at Crawford never got to witness it.

    • Kenny pleading with Clementine to stay in Wellington with AJ.

    • Lee finally telling Clementine that they won't have time to search for her parents. It was just heartbreaking to watch her curl up and cry about having to give up on finding her mom and dad. Lee puts his hand out to comfort her but just realizes it's useless and she needs time.

    • Clementine telling Luke about Lee and when they reunite in the comic book shop.

    • Nick's monologue about death and the futility of their situation in the cellar.

    • When Clementine tells Nick that Luke will come back for them, and Nick corrects it to "us". It just shows how far Nick has come to appreciate Clementine's presence. By this point, he's accepted her as part of the cabin group and a friend.

    • Ben getting impaled and begging them not to leave him or let him get devoured by walkers.

    • Clementine listening to Rebecca's baby at the ski lodge and reminding Rebecca it's possible to raise a kid since she's "still here." It was also sweet to watch Clementine hold AJ for the first time after his birth.

    • The campfire scene.

  • i was so fricking happy when it happened i shouted halleujah.

    • Around Every Corner: Bell tower fight segment
    • Long Road Ahead: Katjaa and Duck dilemma
    • Starved for Help: Fighting the St. Johns
    • No Going Back: Kenny/Jane fight
    • In Harm's Way: Watching Carver die. >:)
    • Amid the Ruins/No Going Back: The gun fight (even though in episode 5 it was a bit sloppy)
    • A House Divided: Kenny's alive!
    • A House Divided: The lodge section
  • The dinner scene in Starved for help was my favourite. The moment when you find Mark legless and then realise that everyone's eating human meat.

  • That was a total mind-fuck. Loved it... I was suddenly overwhelmed with fear for Clem.

    WHAT THE FUCK!

Loved it. And after that the part when you find Kenny in the lodge. It was also WTF like but in a way different way.

  • Same, then you have to run downstairs and I start panicking and running into walls XD Starved for help was my favourite episode, it just felt epic all the way through.

That .gif's adorable to the point that I had to punch a wall to regain my masculinity. Sums up how much Lee loved Clem.

My Favourite Moments of The Walking Dead are....

    • When Clementine hugs Lee
    • When Clementine hugs Kenny
    • When Clementine hugs Luke
    • Kenny and Clementine walking together at the very end of season 2 episode 5

But I think my favourite one was.....

When Clementine is in the barn in season 1 episode 2...... When Clementine is in the barn and Lee walks in and then.....

    Lee: whats this thing?

Duck: Daddy said its called a salt lick

Clementine: Yeah but don't like it, its GROSS

    Lee: Did you lick it?

    Clementine: I don't know
