How the group allowed her to bully them around for as long as they did is beyond me. I understand that she shows you a slightly softer side if you help her with Larry, but even then she is still a complete bitch to everyone else, and I'm not cool with that. She has literally zero reasoning skills, and I highly question her overall intelligence. She has a massive amount of self pity for herself, but it does not extend unto anyone else other than her own father. Her leadership ability SUCKS, and the fact that she sees herself as the self-proclaimed leader shows how huge her ego is. Kenny was right when he called her a dictator. Her ego went to her head, to the point where she thought she had the right to execute group members. She made herself judge, jury and executioner. If you chose to leave her behind after she shoots Carly/Doug, the only thing she says in her defense is: "I'll die out here". Just goes to show how absolutely incapable she is of thinking about anyone other than herself.

But he wouldn't have lost her if he and his group just walked away, not to mention he lied (since in my playthrough Clem didn't rob him and … morewas nice to him). I mean they attempted to rob and kill Clem's group - what did he expect out of that outcome? Either his group, Clem's group, or a mix of both were walking out of that one alive...he took a stupid risk and it didn't pay off.
I'm not considering his behavior after the showdown, because naturally he would be upset and angry with the group, especially with Kenny constantly beating on him. I just can't feel too sorry for him because he and his own group caused their own demise/problems by acting like bandits.

Larry: Asshole from the beginning, and an asshole all the way to the end. I heard there was a moment in Ep 1 or 2 where he actually apologize to Lee, but I've yet to see that happen. Even when you try to be civil he responds in a hostile way like the little douchebag he is.

Season 2 I didn't necessarily hate Carver because I thought he was a cool character. That doesn't mean there were moments where I wanted to kill the guy though.
Troy: Everything about this guy is a slimeball. He's cocky, he's an ass kisser, he plays tough, and he's just an overall piece of trash. He has the nerve to hit a little girl? Man, fuck that. He feels no remorse for anything! If I were Carver, I would've just left him or let him die. I'm really glad that he got shot in the dick by Jane.
Michelle: She was pretty cocky just like Troy, but in a lower level. She was acting all tough until she had killed Omid and realized what she had done. What a stupid shit.
Arvo: I dislike him more than I hate him. I believe that if things WERE different when Clementine and Arvo met, then they would have a stable relationship with each other's groups. Ok, well maybe not Buricko and Vitali. But I think this guy is a dumbass if he expected his sister to survive a shot like that. I'm surprised he didn't think his sister was a walker soon after.
Actually Carver caused Pete's death too. It was heavily implied that Carver was behind the massacre at the river, and Pets got bit while investigating that crime scene.
Season 1
* The Stranger - 2 reasons, he indirectly killed Lee by kidnapping Clementine and he shattered mine and Clem's relationship in… more Ep4
* Vernon - Arriving a Crawford I was beginning to like the guy, escaping it I felt the same. Then... when he asked to take Clem, that's when the dislike came in. Then when he took the boat... you can guess...
* Can't think of another so I'll save it for S2
Season 2
* Arvo - Didn't like him from the off, stole his supplies, he came back for more trouble, we killed his group, I could have happily ended him there and then, but Mike loved him too much. When he shot Clem, I wasn't even surprised. Caused the death of Luke.
* Bonnie - I initially trusted her, she betrayed me, I disliked her in Ep3. Respect started to grow in Ep4. Then Ep5... she betrayed me, the cycle won't repeat next time.

Even if you dont side with her at all, shes able to speak to you plainly and rationally throughout Episode 1 and 2. I dont see at all how she has "zero reasoning skills" when theres characters like Kenny kicking around. The only times she gets keyed up are when shit starts to hit the fan, its really her lack of confidence that seems to undermine her ability to lead. When people forgo her orders and do what they think is right, she becomes very insecure in her position and starts yelling. Theres only 3 situations where she even gets mad, Glenn and Carley running into the street to save Lee and co. (despite what you might assume, she wasnt saying they should throw them out, only that Glenn and Carley shouldnt make snap decisions like that on their own), when you return to the Motor Inn at the beginning of Ch.2 (presumably they already discussed this in the past 2 months) and at the beginning of Ep.3, where Kenny just wants to start arguing because thats what he does.
Lilly doesnt blame you for having an opinion and will actually explain her argument when you talk about it with her. Take somebody like Kenny, where he just acts like the world is against him if anyone disagrees with him. Im not saying it as a Kenny vs Lilly discussion, but if you want someone who is completely delusional, just talk to Kenny.
