Who's more Badass?

  • I wanna be kawaii for a little while, don't judge =]

I'm a jerk sometimes. Ps :Your not the same without your goku gravatar.

  • I'm not sure how your second point is 'badass'. Anyone could have beaten a crippled man to death. Even Ben could have done it.

That being said, my bias as a game player would say that Lee is the most competent. He died because of plot contrivance/bad luck, and even in his last few hours he was strong enough to strangle a man to death with one arm.

The 3 most badass things Kenny ever did: 1) Getting lucky... REAL lucky. 2) Bludgeoning a man whose kneecaps were no longer operational

  • Lee,Clementine and KENNY.

  • What i meant is that he could have tried to reach the Marsh house by different means.

Lee was the only one that could save Clem, and i wouldnt want to risk that by getting eaten by bunch of walkers.

I know everything is risky in za, but some are are more risky things to do than others.

Was it? He was already as good as dead and in his final hours he saved Clem So it was heroic not stupid sure it was a risk he could also

  • Lee is my favourite character forever and has some moments of badassness (new word!)...

Rick is another cool guy, but is too 'grounded' and 'human' to be badass...

Kenny is awesome and many great things, but I wouldn't describe him as badass...

But, I'm afraid Daryl takes the Badass title here.

  • Do you really find it necessary to reply to my comment?

No, it was pretty damn stupid.

  • Rick hand down. He has so many badass moments its hard to count. After him is probably Lee, Daryl, then Kenny.

  • Luke.

  • What's so badass about Daryl? For me a person being badass is not all about action, but more about what people say, their resourcefulness, and leadership. Good examples of badass moments that don't include violence are Clem standing up to Rebecca in epsiode 1, or Rick taking charge and negotiating with the Governor in the TV show.

  • Hmmm Who's the Guy with the beard and hat? Oh! Is that an older version of Nick! He's alive!

1st. Comic Motherfucking Rick 2nd. Lee 3rd. The guy with the crossbow. 4th. TV Rick. 5th. The guy with the beard and the hat.

Rick, from both the TV series and the comics.

  • I don't understand why you think zykelator is hating on Lee. Zykelator is merely stating a valid point; Lee could have easily been killed in the horde, thus making Kenny's "sacrifice" in vain, and dooming Clementine to a future with an insane man. Lee made a dangerous and stupid choice, and even though it paid off, that does not excuse the fact that Lee's decision was rash.

So you are hating on Lee now? What the hell is wrong with you? Are you so obsessed with Jane that you hate everyone? Lee>>>>>

  • If you don't count the risky Marsh House Maneuver, then Lee. If you do, then I choose Molly.

  • Well here is my opinion: I disagree, and you all know I'm a Luke fan, so here's why:

Luke's only badass moments were: decapitating the walker that was about to devour Clem, disarming Carver and grabbing the walker that was about to attack Clem in the lake. Yeah, that's it.

Maybe following a truck on foot for god-knows-how-many days also counts, but hell, even though I think Luke is admirable, he isn't the badass type. He was too goofy to be considered 'the most badass'.

Now to answer the question: I haven't read the comics, so as for the TV show, in my opinion Michonne would be the 'badassest' character, followed by Daryl and then Rick.

However, all three of them have too much plot armor at this point to ever be in actual danger...or so it seems. Any way, it's getting kinda boring. I think Lee portrays a much more realistic version of Rick, and it earns him bonus points for me: he tries hard and only does so for Clementine's sake.

But in the end, the most badass character title for The Talking Dead characters definitely goes to Molly. C'mon, she was obviously tailored to be the embodiment of badassness, and I ain't even sure if that was a good or a bad thing plotwise.

    So basically:

    1- Molly

    2- Michonne

    3- Lee

    4- Daryl

    5- Rick

    You find measured negotiation "badass?"

I'm not holding up badassery as some kind of ideal or anything. Badasses are quite often also dicks But doing something brave or impressive is not the same thing as doing something badass. You know the only person that springs immediately to mind for me when I think of 'negotiating like a badass?" Brick-top from Snatch.

I'm going to go look badass up because either I'm not hearing the question properly or some of you guys aren't.

Lee went through a goddamn HERD to get to a little girl. If that's not badass, then I don't know what is.

  • Being badass isn't all about fighting walkers.

Look what he did for everyone, especially Clementine. It's the thought that counts (sounding so cliche rn), and the fact that he helped a lot of people. He even took a beating by Carver.

Lee. This soundtrack is enough. It made me feel invincible. Lee's dying and marching into death itself, but he doesn't give a damn because there is a little girl out there who needs him. Just incredible.

ANYONE WHO TOUCHES THAT GIRL IS GONNA END UP DEAD. YOU HEAR ME?!!

  • No

He was dying and was just in time

So another route woulkd have taken too long

Lee : "What are they gonna do ? Bite me again?"

Lee knew that he had to hurry if he wanted to save Clem and so he did.

  • Welp, Season 2 tried really hard to make him 'badass' - he survived getting a beating that rendered him semi-comatose and is implied to have damaged his brain, he's a damn good shot even after losing an eye (which makes no sense unless you remember that the writers love him), and he brags about never having to sleep. Plus there's that whole business with him suddenly undergoing a 180 in his character arc back in Season 1 and deciding that he'd kill a horde of zombies rather than get eaten alive.

Sarcasm doesn't always come off in written text, sorry. My point is that it's not badass and that Kenny doesn't really deserve to be in this argument. He's SO FAR out of his league here on the badass scale.

Yeah and ? whats your point , if he didn't go Clem would not be saved , and acting like a smartass the whole fucking time and being irrelevant is what you are doing here

He was willing the risk because he already as good as dead and maybe he won't even get bitten because he was so far gone ever thought about that ? He was already grey and weak so... and don't come with your "but it doesn't have to" blabbering BECAUSE YOU CAN GO ON AND ON YOU'RE STILL WRONG.

Why are you even here because you don't have conversations you just go up against people who chose different things in TWD and everyone knows that so there is no point in denying it

What about "as good as already dead" dont you understand ?

You just talk a lot of mumbo jumbo and think you are smart

And going on about some dumb thing and being relevant are also 2 different things so i'm done talking to you because with you its if i say yes you'll say no and the other way around and i'm done with that dumb "what if and maybes"

You'll just keep on going and in your scenario he wouldn't even make it because he was all out of time , BUT I GUESS YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO UNDERSTAND

and if he didn't go clem was 100% screwed and that is what it is all about

He didn't even make it back out of the herd so his choice was the right one waiting any longe and he would have died in the herd without even getting bit again

    He did the right thing
