The only thing I regret is staying to watch Kenny kill Carver because my goal for this season was to keep my Clem as innocent and human as possible. And also to a lesser extent choosing to leave with Kenny instead of staying in Wellington since I believe it's what's best for Clem and the baby (assuming Wellington really is a good place).
There are other things I regret but we didn't have any control over it: Clem leaving her gun behind when she goes to pick up her bottle of water in the beginning of episode 1 (as a result Omid died) and not being able to save Sarah when she falls from the deck in episode 4.
