Lilly. She just kinda left. Originally written that way because the writers then thought she was Lilly from the comics, but Kirkman said she wasn't and by then it was too late.

Lilly, Christa and Molly. All of whom would have different opinions on Clementine and Lee depending on your choices in Season 1 and Season 2.
Example - Lilly may like Clementine but hate Lee for leaving her behind, and defending Carley/Doug and thus wouldn't have the most stable relationship with Clementine unless Lee tried to help Lilly by keeping her with the group.
Molly - Same could go for Molly. She may find Clementine tough if Clementine saved her, or Lee to be a good person if he forgave her and saved her from the walkers. She could find Clementine to be trustworthy if she was left with Omid, yet find Lee to be incompetent if he didn't save her or find him to be an idiot if she was shot by her.
Christa - Christa could easily try her best to forgive Clementine, if Clementine tried to help her escape from the bandits. However Christa could also have a scar on her face from the bandits, if Clementine hid and Christa would not trust Clementine as much.
