No I don't mean clem is being the torturer. She is being forced to watch her friend be tortured while they people who are doing it force clem to watch.

I actually think making the player do something like that would be really good. Have it be that you need information that if you don't get it maybe AJ would die. It's Clem and some other survivor who've got this guy hostage. If you're too easy on the guy he'll give you pretty meh and vague information at best that will cause someone to die down the line. You're too hard and pretty much beat him to death then you get the same result. The only way to do well is to make Clem do something horrible but not fully give in, I think that'd be a cool as hell scene.

I don't really see the need. But If there had to be one, only as long as Clementine wasn't the one doing it.
Yes though I think our group should do it for it to be more dramatic, there's a reason for it however it a how far are you willing to go kind of thing

I wouldn't do it. Watching torture is one thing, being the torturer is another. I won't make my Clem become that.

I don't think I would be able to watch if I got attached to a character and then have to watch them die a horrible death...
That's exactly why telltale would implement it! They feed on your feels , without it they die...
You know that story can be dark without cruelty, right?

If done tastefully and not just for traumatizing the player, then sure.
I would die inside... It would be ironic, almost dying from drowning/the cold and then dying slowly in a fire...
