Carlos's death, I would have been surprised about Carley if I hadn't already heard, and the Pizza VS. Ice-cream choice (Not the fact that it was Kenny and Jane, but because I had forgotten about that tweet).
Lilly shooting Carley gave me about three heart-attacks in a row.
Carley's death takes the cake without a doubt, then closely followed by Arvo shooting Clem.
And they say that Neophyte lost three hearts that day.

2, 4 and 5. I expected Jane, but I didn't when it happened. Luke's death was surprising and crushing, but that's what you get for being a Art History major. I expected someone to die, but it was very anti-climatic.
I'd have to go with Kenny even though it was kinda expected mainly because it sparked the biggest reaction out of me compared to other scenes.
No one mentioned hungry Sam The Dog? I was so suprised, my Clementine died.

I was kinda suprised that nobody died in the firefight with the Russians (from Clem's group). Also I was surprised when Vitali got stabbed in the neck, first I thought it was a walker that was attracted due to the shots but it was Jane! The end was also shocking!
Kenny dieing, as much as it may off being semi obvious it still kinda surprised me that there is an actual way he can die at least he's still alive for me
But off that list I would say no one dieing in the gunfight.
In no particular order:
Kenny's return: Still wonder how he escaped the alleyway, but I have an idea
Lily shooting Carley: I would never expect someone to kill someone else over an insult
Lee's bite: Happened pretty quickly, but I did hear a little chomp, didn't think much of it until they showed the bite
No one died in the fight with the Russians: In real life, Clem's group would be dead
Luke's death: Like most people, I expected the 'Pizza vs Ice Cream' to be Kenny(Pizza) or Luke(Ice Cream)
He couldn't get away that easy. Still started in handcuffs and ending in them too.
But he still got more screen time than T-dog so all is good

Carley getting shot takes the cake. And also Sam biting Clem, I was so shocked that I couldn't do anything. That was the only time my Clem died.
Probs kenny being alive because im my situation (kenny trys to help) it looks likee hes in a tough spot there and seeing him there waz mindblowing also i have a feeling in that senario he escapes through a man hole
Luke's death, because I expected the Pizza/Icecream choice to be Luke/Kenny. Oh, and Kenny being determinant, I was certain he'd die.
