Well since its just clem and aj for me I gotta go with aj, I dont know who these other people are though as I've only played through the game once.

I'm guessing it would have to be someone that is present in everyone's playthrough, and I don't want it to happen but I think that it could be AJ. Season 2 started with a surprising death (Omid) and I can see season 3 starting with AJ dying for different reasons depending on who your Clem is with.
I know Jane and Kenny are determinant but I don't want them to die in the first episode, I want them to survive at least until the end of episode 2 and I want them to have a big role to play in the story and in Clem's development (that is if we still play as Clem), that way the choice we made at the end of season 2 will really matter without having to end Clem's story.
Nobody should die...except Randy. I don't trust guys that stick guns right up their butts.

Clementine: The main character survives until the end of the season or more, then everyone knows that Clementine will not die.
Kenny/Jane: I think that Telltale will keep these characters to Clementine have someone to relate to.
AJ: I think that Telltale will keep him alive a little longer for players interact with him.
Randy: I think he will survive a little longer to Clementine and he know each other better.
Patricia: Seems so.
Gill: He showed weakness, does not seem to be able to survive long.
Edith: I think it is the same case of Bonnie, will be kept alive for players to relate to her.
Christa: She is far from where Clementine is, and i do not think we'll see her again.
