Why I want Kenny and Jane Prequel Dlcs
So I know alot of people arnt too found of ideas for prequels but I just really want them to release like 5 different stories and have 3 be Kenny after Savanna the 16 months and a Jane story and maybe the other 2 be important future this for Season 3. Also if TTG made Dlc stories for both Kenny and Jane that could possibly make the chances of them to not be killed off early or at all because of the whole story dedicated to them.

3 pointless chapters and 2 which are actually relevant. Why?
To find out what happened during those times and the others to keep people happy who want to see some forward progression too
How is it relevant anymore? Most people shot Kenny, his story is over.
How are they pointless? You know where it ends, but there's a lot in between we didn't get to see. (Mostly referring to the 16 months option, Kenny and Jane DLC's don't specifically interest me, but I'm sure some would like to see that time span)
I said Kenny and Jane. Find out what Happened with Jane's sister. We already know where it ends but it be interesting seeing exactly what happened.
Why does it have to be relevant?
That's not exactly a word that can be used for 300 days besides the one chapter including Bonnie.
Its pretty clear what happened. She wasnt fit for this new world and wanted to die. She couldnt find any purpose for her life.
There isnt really anything else that would be relevant from her past.
I think it'd be cool to find out more about Kenny and Jane but I'd rather they just focus on a completely new character who might appear in season 3. I hope they don't split it up into sections like they did with 400 days too.
400 days was pretty irrelevant, even though entertaining. Waste of money imo.
They can give more of a back story. Like Jane from Day 1 Till then
Well its just my opinion. I hate that kind of way to show things. First you know the present, then you jump to the past and slowly move to present.
Yeah thats what I meant. It wouldnt be like 2 hours of Kenny or Jane or 2 hours of the 16 months. Similar to 400 days sort of.
If this kind of thing were to happen, I wouldn't want Kenny to take the screen time again so If they did this I'd only like to see 1 Kenny chapter, 1 Jane chapter, and however many chapters of other characters. Or just chapters of new characters.
Her past doesnt really matter that much to me. All i need to know is that its there and it caused her to become efficient survivor.
It's done very often. Sometimes being a good way to tell a story, and sometimes not. I think the one about the 16 months would lean much more towards the "good" side because there is soo much prudent information we never got to see. So much information that was hardly even hinted at. So much that grew Clementine into what she was that we will never know or understand. I hate stories which heft a large sum of the story to my own imagination. It's a ridiculous and lazy way of creating what they don't want to / can't explain. Take the new game Destiny for instance. They have so much story and they rely on the player to create every spec of detail within the large open plot. It's annoying to say the least. I feel she went through way to much for us to accept that we will never know so we must formulate.
I'd rather not, their stories don't need to be told anymore. I'd rather have a DLC that connects S2 and S3.
If they give little pieces of information but let the player put them together, i think thats one of the best ways to tell a story. Dark souls 1 is a game with no apparent story/lore, but after you look closer and put the pieces together, there is so much to learn.
ps. all it takes is good and active community to put the pieces together, so everyone can learn about the story & lore.
I'd still go with 400 days continuation (900 days?), Christa DLC or just a story which ties up loose ends.
I hate both fans of Kenny as fans of Jane. '' Most people shot Kenny ''? Stop, plis, if you play again, you can see 49.00% don't shot Kenny. I hate, seriously: '' Jane sucks, Kenny sucks, whatever, him sucks, her sucks ''. Can you stop that? Thank God I finished alone with AJ, to don't become a sick head. People need to stop that and start respecting opnion of others.
True, but the 16 month gap doesn't do that. There is maybe 3 or 4 references to the majority of her time in the apocalypse throughout season 2. And nothing we couldn't have ascertained by simple delving into the distinct dissimilarities between Clem / Christa before the jump and Clem / Christa after the jump. Are we expected to believe nothing besides the baby being born and dying, and Christa teaching Clem how to suture wounds (while never teaching her a hugely important skill such as building a fire) has happened in 16 months? Nothing is ever brought up, and all you can do is wild, hysterical guessing games to figure why Clementine is as she is. Was she shot at? Did she kill someone? Did she walk around with a zombie head for a few weeks? Did they eat the baby? Did she get her hair caught in pitchfork? All as unlikely and as likely as any and all other possible things that could have happened because we are given nothing. We are given no allures to groups they may have been with, no run in with the dead, no more new found friends come and gone, did they walk in circles for 6 months, drop a baby, and keep walking in circles for another 10 months? Also as likely as the other possibilities.
Which is strange honestly, it seems most people here on the forums are Team Kenny, has Telltale even updated the stats?
I don't think its necessary. I think Kenny has seen enough screen time and I don't believe there is anything more to Jane's personality to show. I would have loved a little more hinting at what exactly happened with Christa's baby, but it's probably better for speculation especially since Clem has a baby to care for.
Yeah, I was just referring to the part where you said
I feel like 3 stories based on him would be too much.
I would rather have seen them make an episode that filled in the 3 months between episode one and two of season one, but after so much time has passed and with Vanaman and Rodkin gone I wouldn't want to see it now. That kind of episode might have been pointless in the end, but it still would have been more interesting and relevant than 400 days ever was.
I'm not a fan of season two and see the two seasons as completely independent of each other. I don't care what is 'supposed' to have happened after season one ended because it just doesn't seem legitimate without the creators of season one behind it. Especially when it seems they left over creative differences in the direction of season two. Season one was written as a standalone story that was never suppose to continue or give definite answers to some of the questions it intentionally leaves open and that's the way I still see it even if new writers decided they would give answers and write a story that contradicts the original.
Wow, I see on the wiki, so I re-played No Going Back, and yep, with Kenny now have 29% and 46-8 don't shot him.
I think the stats for Ep 5 are really messed up it seems everyone has different ones
Just re-play the ending with Kenny to see, but is true; any times is different.
I want pre-apocalypse DLCs that show characters in their typical daily lives, for example a Kenny DLC where you just fish on a boat and a Jane DLC where you fuck your boss for a promotion and manipulate all the people around you.
If they were going to do a dlc, Id want it to be someone who hasn't gotten much focus. That is certainly not Kenny.
There is so much going on in 16 months. With Clem and Christa and her baby, Kenny meeting Sarita and how they survived for so long and Jane abandoning her sister and meeting other survivors. It would've been nice to know what really happened to all of them in that 16 months... so yeah, it would be nice if telltale could make a dlc about what happened to them within that 16 months.

I want a quick DLC episode where we play as Nicks mom and near the end of the episode we as well as Nick and a few other group members who went looking for supplies stumble upon a girl who looks pretty roughed up, we then take her back to the cabin and then after some dialogue she jumps up and bites the player and the episode ends with Nick shooting us.
