Cutest Clem dialogue?

So I replayed 'A New Day' earlier and discovered these two little snippets of dialogue I'd never seen before.

You're my guy?

Like, um... Social Studies?

These are both soooooooo adorable! ^^ Gave me the idea of creating a thread dedicated to all of Clem's most adorable lines... Which ones make your heart melt?

  • "O.K. so the knee is about halfway down the leg."

  • Only just noticed there's another thread just like this. >_< Ah, well... Can't get enough Clem cuteness I suppose.

  • "No! We're leaving! All of us. Together."

  • Anything she says in season one.

  • "Ta-da!" After she crawls through rhw doggy door to let us into the house in s1e4

  • These two:

    1. Duck: Dad says it's a salt lick. Clementine: Yeah, but don't lick it, it's gross. Lee: Did you lick it. Clementine: I don't know.
    2. Clementine: He's just always blaming me for stuff. Lee: Like what? Clementine: Putting a bug on his pillow. Lee: Did you do that? Clementine: Yes.
  • Clem: Did the dead people see us come back here? Are they going to find us?

Lee: Try not to worry. Even if they saw us, they can’t get in here.

Clem: We did. Why can’t they?

Lee: We're a lot smarter than they are. They're just like dumb animals, they can't open doors.

Clem: I used to have a pet hamster. One night he figured out how to open the door to his cage. And when we woke up, he'd eaten half a box of cookies.

Lee: I don't think this is quite the same, Clem.

Clem: Yeah. This time, we're the cookies.

  • True Story, on my first play through of season one, when Clem is sent out to open the door to the meat locker I actually thought to myself "It'd be too cute if she actually cheered 'Ta-Da!" when she comes in." Come Episode 4 I get just that and it was everything I wanted and more. =D

There are so many! But here are my favorites:

-S1E4: "I used to have a pet hamster. One night he figured out how to open the door to his cage, and when we woke up he'd eaten half a box of cookies."

-S1E3Lee:"Do you have any pink chalk?" Clem:"No.It's gone somewhere.Do you want blue?"

-S1E2: "Do you wanna pet the cow with me?"

  • I was going to post that, but then thought to myself.:"That's not really cute... That's philosophical". Nice one though

  • After you run into the yard of the manor near the beginning of Around Every Corner. When Clem's standing by the gate and she asks Lee if he thinks the walkers saw them. Not sure which dialogue choice it is, but I think if you tell Yes, she relates the hamster story to their current predicament.

I was so set on abandoning Ben before Clem said that, at which point I felt my heart turn to mush and all was forgiven.

"I was looking at comics, there's a whole store full of them!" I don't know why but I find that line adorable even though she's just lying, anyway thank you and "I don't know" come really close, I also thought it was hilariously adorable when she tries to act tough towards Carver in A House Divided, just everything, I don't know why but my reaction was like "D'aaaaaw she thinks she's tough" I mean she kind of is but one of her lines is "I'm a dangerous person", I don't know I think it's cute, also [Hit Luke]

I almost forgot, also from A House Divided "Do you have a dog?"

How do I make Paragraphs in this board? I can't seem to figure it out so all my posts look awful.

  • "I know what you're talking about."
Her naivete was adorable at that moment.
Even though she had to do a lot of adult things up to that point, her naivete about that subject, still showed she was still a child.

Also "I'd come back for you". :3 (but not in a Cluke bullsh*t manner lol)

For some reason the board collapses single carriage returns.
If you use a single return it looks like this (this sentence and the previous one, which are separated by a carriage return).

If you use double return it looks like this.

I liked the dialogue in episode 2 season 1 when Lee asks Clem if she likes it at the motor inn. It went roughly like this (working off memory).

"Do you like it here at the motor inn?" says Lee.

"I don't... like it here." says Clem.

"Do you think we should leave?" says Lee.

"Where are we going?" says Clem.

    "Somewhere not here." says Lee.

"I dunno. Maybe if I knew where?" says Clem.

I like it because it's kind of adorable but still very practical. Kind of drilled it in to me that she's down to earth.

  • Oh! I see now...

Woo! my posts will look slightly less messy, thanks.

  • Lee: "what a crappy day."

    Clementine: "the crappiest."

Lee: "if three months ago I'd have known what you'd be seein', I don't know if I would've taken you with me."

Clementine: "I probably would've run out of food.

Lee: "You damn near starved with me."

Clementine : "I'm glad I came with you."

Lee: "things have been scary, huh?"

Clementine: "yeah....it's not good. I don't know why everyone is crazy."

Lee: "neither do I, clementine. nobody does, I don't think. "

LEE: "Try not to worry. Even if they saw us, they can't get in here."

    Clementine: "I'm scared, Lee."

Lee: "What can I tell you to make it better?"

Clementine: "That you won't leave me."

DAWWWWWW!!! That's so cute. It's my favorite Clementine dialogue. It clearly shows that how much Clementine loves and cares about Lee.

"I knew someone like you. He was always screwing up too."

I went with Pete and I know that's not a cute Clementine dialogue I know. But... sigh it makes me sad that how much she changed. That little girl that wanted Ben to live even though he abandoned her in the street now thinking like that... hearing this from her broke my heart. Yes Clementine, you grew up so much. I'm not critisizing the game by the way.

  • How is that stupid? Because she doesn't want someone to die?

I know Ben was a fuck-up, but not even he deserves to be left for walkers.

  • If you want to keep someone around, who will most likely get you killed, its stupid. Its not about what he deserves, its about what everyone else around him deserves, a fighting chance. It would be best to leave him behind (not for walkers to eat like in bell tower, but in similar way like Lilly can be left behind).
