A man named Carver was kidnapped by a kidnapper. Sergeant Kenny came to the scene and told the three bypassers that someone was kidnapped.
Those three bypassers were Clementine, Lilly and Troy. So Sergeant Kenny asked them what had happened during the kidnapping..
Clementine: "I know a man was kidnapped.... what is going to happen to him..... oh gosh...... I fear for that this town ain't gonna be safe anymore...
Now a kidnapping?! No.. it can't be....
Lilly: I know someone was kidnapped..... I didn't hear anything... I just passed by.. and saw someone hauled a tied person into a van...
Troy: Huh... yeah I heard that... someone is screwing up in the alley... I went into the alley, saw a van take away....
Sergeant Kenny: Mr/Miss, you need to come over to the station with me. I think you are somehow being involved in this case!
Who was being suspected by the fellow redneck Sergeant Kenny? Why?

I see a lot of people saying it's Clem because she saw it was a man who was kidnapped, but Lily saw that it was a person who was tied up. Why is it seeing the gender is guilty but seeing they are tied isn't?Unless the man had a bag on his head? But that was never mentioned.
ANSWER: Clementine is suspicious. Sergeant Kenny didn't tell the 3 suspects that the victim was a male but how the hell did Clemmie know?
