Kenny's first death. Both were absolute nonsense. With the Ben related one I'd have him fire the shot and then start to run back with Lee only to have the ladder break. I wouldn't imply that he was dead. I'd have him kick open a window and run out of view or something. The execution for this particular "death" was completely unbelievable in every way. He had NO reason for staying there and no good way to get out of the situation. I haven't seen the other one where he saves Christa but I've heard it's also bad.
Sam, I'd make it so that stabbing him when he's on you is how he dies, no choice involved here. She can still mourn him and say that she's sorry and it would have still been a gut wrenching scene. I found the kicking him off deal to be unbelievable as well (sorry, 11 years old girl can't kick a dog over a log) and that choice was rather arbitrary. This one didn't bother me really (forgave it easy), but I'd still retcon it to make it more believable.
Luke, I'd fix it so that the end game credits accurately represent the player's choice, but everything else I'd keep the same. I'd give Clem the chance to explain that to Bonnie as well explaining that Bonnie got Luke killed, not Clem. Covering Luke was the smart way to try and help him. Whoever starts walking towards him is responsible for getting him killed. You DON'T walk towards people in those kinds of situations. You toss them rope and have them lie flat on their bellies after pulling them out, but you don't put MORE weight on thin ice. So not smart....
I would retcon Lee's death and make him live, killing him was an extravagance and recklessness, pretty much emotional exaggeration. And perhaps one of Clem's parents (preferably/favouring her mother). Would make a very interesting plot.
You know, I did rather like Chuck; that gruff-yet-friendly hobo deserved better. I also thought Nick deserved better; I didn't like him at first, due to him shooting at Clementine and likely scaring the shit out of the poor girl, but he quickly grew on me beginning with his apology. But Sarah's death was the worst for me; she was overall my favorite newcomer in Season 2, and I get the feeling that, due to her manner of death, Telltale didn't like her

Nope, you didn't >.> better say it three more times to be on the safe side.
Sarah
Rebecca
Carlos.
I was close to putting Luke instead of Carlos, but Luke's character had been developed completely, and he had a death that wasn't unreasonable to me.
Sheriff! What have you done?! Third time's a charm! Don't you know?! Now he'll never come back.
Luke.
Luke.
Luke.
Maybe I broke the charm Cake's talking about while at it...
CAKE DON'T DO THIS TO ME.
IT'S THE WAY ITS GOTTA BE!
ACCEPT HIS FATE WOLF!
LUKE IS TOO STRONG FOR THIS!
IF HE'S SO STRONG THEN WHY DID HE SINK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LAKE??????
If he was strong enough he swim back to the surface.
WELL PLOT DEMANDED HIM TO!
That's like asking how can people run on ice >.> completely irrelevant
Sheriff, its time you just...
If he was strong he could swim back to the surface, but he didn't.
Two can play that game!
Actual Luke:
It's time you stopped lying to yourself, but hey....

The little fishes will save him. XD
(?) You chose to stay silent.
1 Carley
2 Luke
3 Nick
Nick, it's really the only death I can complain about.
Couple of farm boys and an old man.
What about the Spanish guy and his daughter?

(Nick's death would have been fine if he was just given DIALOGUE!)
