I'm the one who usually likes to talk to the person sitting next to me. If they tell me they're shy, I'll most likely force them to talk to me, so they feel comfortable with me I guess. I also let the people sitting next to me cheat off my test and such. I also sometimes write on their notes saying, "Hey." or something like that, or draw a doodle of them. And if it's a girl, I usually start poke fights with them.
