yeah larry was clearly the strongest, however i think he would tire quickly in a fight, and his heart problems would just make him lose a fight that was anything more than a punch or two
I think you're forgetting about Larry. He knocks Lee and Kenny to the ground in one punch. He carries a couch with relative ease while Mark drops his side quickly.

In Season 2, it was shown that Kenny's brawling skills had greatly improved, especially during his fight with Jane.
With what I saw in Season 2, I'd say that a fight between Kenny and Lee would now be a very close match.
Unlike Season 1 where it was incredibly one-sided.
The physically strongest in TWD would be Larry or Mike. Larry was pretty huge, though he had a heart problem, and Mike was able to knock down walkers and stomp their skulls in.
The best fighter in TWD, though, would be Lee.
Fighting is not a game.
It's not like you see in the movies.
In the movies it's choreographed.
In real-life, fighting is brutal and vicious.
The goal is to win, and not get your ass kicked.
Therefore, anything goes.
Fists, feet, even teeth, can be used.
And things like punches below the belt, eye-gouges, hair-pulling, digging your fingernails into your opponents face, etc, are all fair game.

Lee wins by virtue of being a video-game protagonist, with Clem getting an honorary mention.
Kenny's mediocre. He only pinned Mike because Mike was clearly holding back, being smart enough not to want a fight. He shrugged off Jane's belly slash (and a determinant knee in the balls) because of the same reason that Clem shrugged off a shoulder shot and Jane could walk after getting her thigh stabbed. He stunned Carver with the help of Clem jumping on/shooting him and Luke grabbing his gun, and tore his face off after shooting his knees out.
Depends, most fights are determinant like Lee's fights in season 1. The only fight which is just flat out fighting is Kenny vs Jane (if you don't help either the fight continues either way) and the only way that fight ends is through Clem making the choice to help Jane or let Kenny kill her..
