i didnot understant the story of lee that why he was going to jail because he kill someone

    I thought so too but that part was vague. It also was not clear if it was a crime of passion, premeditated murder or intentional murder without premeditation.

    Dave Fennoy, mentioned on a video that Lee killed the senator and his wife, but i remember Lee saying that she was still alive,not sure though

    He explains the events in detail during the scene with The Stranger. He went home sick from work and find the Senator in bed with his wife. He flipped out and killed him.

    I don't think it's alive. If he's going to be honest about not having a wife anymore, I don't think he'd lie about the reason. If he were to lie, why say it in the first place?
