    Family: He never knew his real family, instead he was adopted by another family, he has an adoptive mother and an adoptive father, two brothers and three sisters.

    Backstory (optional): Just before he was born his family (expect for him and his mother) all died in a car crash, his mother died while giving birth, making Gareth the only living family member, he was then adopted by family, where he got two brothers and three sisters. His family was pretty poor, but that didn't bother him, he was fine with all they had, he went to a good school, scoring good grades, after he graduated he went to a college in San Francisco, when the ZA started he went on his own, trying to avoid people as much as possible.

    Why would you need to do it on fanfiction? It's not fanfiction. It's just creating your ideal survivor, not making a story with it.
