Mark was wrong about Larry...

Heart problems or not, we all should be out here trying to find food.

Mark is wrong here, and here is why:

Larry indeed was completely capable of going out there and shooting a few birds and looking for food, not denying that. However, the situation with Ben, David, and Travis proved that going out there is simply too stressful for someone who basically can't live on constant stress. Imagine if Larry lost his heard right in the middle of the field. You would have to carry a 300 pound unconscious/nearly dead guy back through the forest. It would be a death sentence for Larry.

It's not that Larry is lazy, but he simply isn't capable when something can go wrong in a second.

Hardly, Anything could set Larry off inside, outside wherever, he could be out as much as anyone else. I didnt really mind he was doing work at the motor inn anyway (which also could have set his heart off)7

i think his heart would have been fine if he kept his temper down

  • I agreed with mark that everyone should be out looking for food. If Larry would have had not died in episode 2 I'm sure the scenario with the bandits would have made him have an heart attack. So its not like going out is much worse than staying at the camp

Indeed, I'm not saying he couldn't be in the same condition inside the motor inn, but inside there he is able to get immediate help and medication. Not out there, unless you want to carry pills everywhere. And being surrounded by walkers trying to keep an old man relaxed... you can't relax a man surrounded by lurkers who want to eat you.
