That Beth-centric episode did not disappoint, I have to say Beth is one of my favorites now. She is unconventionally strong in her resilience, how she refuses to give up hope and faith. Where she lacks in physical strength and brutality, her quick wit along with her emotional/mental strength make up for it, and her emotional/mental strength has got to be one of the strongest in the group, if not the strongest. Despite her situation, she is keeping a level head, and is staying pretty calm. Even in darkness she's just so optimistic, but still sees things realistically. She's beginning to remind me of Hershel in a bittersweet kind of way.
I kind of wish the next episode revolved around her also, not that I'm not excited to see how Abraham's crew is doing. But I'd really like to know how Carol got separated from Daryl, and what Beth plans to do now that her situation has changed. I'm also curious about the doctor. Though he's a coward, I still think he's a good man. His lines were some if the most impacting this episode imo.
On another note, we still don't know who it is Daryl was talking to. Freakin' cliffhangers.D: I think it's either Noah(most likely) or possibly Morgan(I just want to see him again, such a great character) or a brand new character(least likely imo).
I think both your's and my predictions make the most sense. If it were Carol and/or Beth, he' want them to stay closer, and I don't think he… more'd look so guilty as you said.
I guess we'll find out on Sunday. I'll probably end up 0-3 on my predictions <_<

Cliffhangers are both great and terrible. The feeling of not being able to stand them is probably a good thing. I didn't really have to deal with them while watching all the other episodes.. I definitely missed out
