I think Jane will look the same, Kenny will get a real eye patch, and Clem will be maybe a year older.

Maybe Jane will have longer hair, Kenny probably will have even more facial hair and an eye patch (or maybe he will shave?), and Clem will be a pretty 13 year old girl.
Kenny and Jane will look dead.
I think they won't change at all, I'm pretty sure the only way they'd start us in season 3 is right where we left off or maybe a day or 2 later.
All I want is for Clem to get rid of that warm, fluffy, traitorous rainbow jacket.

In my play-through they are both already dead, I don't know what they'd look like and I'm not really interested in finding out.

I think Kenny's beard will be a lot longer, and that he will either have long hair; pulled back in a ponytail, or will have a buzzcut.
I see Clementine being an inch or two taller, and about a year or two older.
She can find a better one. That doesn't have bullet hole in it to remind her of what happens when she puts trust in people.
