When I finish school, I want to make game, to bad that TTG have no studio in Canada, because I would totally work for them. Everything they do is fantastic, except for season 2 episode 4, I hope the guy who write it get fired. But yeah, except episode 4, season 2 is a most buy.
Season 1 was very good and interesting but second season never even get close to that. I'd like TTG to wipe out this chapter and start again - such disappointment it was. Clem was boring protagonist and unreliable, other characters were not important or memorable (I never cared about Rebecca or Carlos), some were ruined (Carver). Plot was chaotic, creators didn't have idea how connect first and last episode, no real dramatic choices. Too many nonsenses. One ending to satisfy Kenny lovers, other for his haters, WAIT - in fact there was no ending! Where the hell are stats, where is final song?! Very bad writing. Game about ZA where zombies are just a pause. Not a threat.
There will be third season I heard. Don't be afraid of zombies, player. Be afraid of Nick Brecon and his "ideas".

Yeah Season 2 was a complete let down. After watching interesting characters get tossed aside like Sarah, Carver, DLC Characters, (-Bonnie) Nick, Luke. Its hard to care.

edit: to elaborate. As a stand alone game it was ok. I'd spend 20 dollars on it for nothing else than to have something to play. As a sequel to S1, no. It didn't do my favorite character justice. So by itself 6/10, and a continuation of S1 3/10.
For the most part it was cringeworthy, everyone expects a 11 year old child to do all the work. To break down doors Bigby style and to be a peacemaker for every fucking character in the game. The only redeeming quality was Kenny's return, if it werent for that, this season would be a disaster.
You see!? This is exactly what I've been talking about. You don't even know me anymore honey! I tried forgiving you about that weekend but this just draws the line completely, I mean you can't even remember my favourite drink beverages. Do I mean nothing to you anymore!?
I think we should see other people! GOODBYE MY BABY BOO LOVE!
Coffee? COFFEE!? I don't even drink the stuff!

Yes well you see I suffer from an acute form of M.J.D.B.D.O.T.M.I.Q [Making Jokes Despite Being Disappointed Over The Material In Question] although you said it was my most striking feature when we first met, but alas you have forgotten that too ;_;
It's common to think the original was better than the game that just came next.
In my opinion I thought season 1 did a poor job with all the comic characters they tried to add in. What a coinkidink that your small band of survivors runs into Glenn, Herschel's family, and Lilly (thank goodness Kirkman put an end to that and gave Lilly a different backstory). I think Glenn should have been the only comic character they included. It really seemed to me that they just included all those characters as a marketing ploy to hopefully get more people to buy the game. In my opinion once they got to the train and all the comic characters were out of the picture season 1 really started picking up (until then it just seemed like they were rehashing characters and/or events from the tv show and/or comics).
Season 2 in my opinion just flowed a lot better. It was a 100% Telltale original concept and they used all their own characters. I think the dialogue was a tad better and the scenes had a little more emotion as well.
I agree with the usage of comic characters from S1. Though instead of Glenn I would have preferred to keep Hershel and Shawn (if they ended up making cuts). I was interesting to see a piece of Hershel's backstory in the game, and an important piece at that. It gave a good holdup area to the game for a hub area. Lastly I always thought it was interesting to think about the closeness this brought the characters in the game to the characters in the comics. It wasn't too long after this run in that the other guys showed up. Wonder what would have happened it Hershel hadn't kicked them off his property. Carmentine ship anyone? (Haha jk, jk. No.)

Yeah, it was worth it. Season 2 still drew me into The Walking Dead world just like Season 1 did. I also like how Clementine and Kenny have grown as characters too. Although, choices seemed to have more meaning in Season 1.
yeah grown so much, they could kill all season 2 characters without giving those s2 chars such credit, kill pete,nick,alvin,mathew,luke,rebecca,sarah,carlos,sarita... seeshhh such pity and waste

yup. again its not perfect, no game is, it had flaws and had shit that was noticeable and made you questioned it, but S1 was flawed too idk … morewhere in the fuck ppl got the idea that S1 was flawless. i love both games, which i count as one, people just.. are just dumb, im not saying the people that pointed out the flaws, cuz i can see them, but those people make it seem like the whole thing was awful. or they make it as it ruined something bigger like their lifes, well idk what to say to them just ignore them and at times remind them that if they dont like it stop playing it,simple. but back to the original question, yes it was worth everything. i hope they do improve it though and they dont do some of the shit they did this season too ( christa disappearing forever really TT cmon, sigh, im not going to start. ohh and bromid 1 second life.)
ahh it can be nitpicked, just as everything can be nitpicked. again there some people that like s2 better than s1, idk why but thats them, so its not like game is horrible like some say, its just a game to be entertained not to be taken that serious. i want the game to be longer though. two hours max i know TT can make it happen and make the next season one of the best. lets be honest it has potential to be the best. but also not get to hunged up on our expectations and enjoy the game.
This.
One argument I keep hearing is that Season 2 didn't have a plot, but...Season 1 didn't have a plot either.
All of season 1 was just the whole group sitting around until something happened that forced them to go somewhere different.

It was OK, wasn't epic or anything like the first one. I paid eleven dollars i think for it on Steam, and 20 for it on PS3.
I toss bigger bills at strippers. Aint shit.
Season 2 could have been better, but I have no regrets that I brought it. It was still a fun and dark ride.
Loved it, great game.

Indifferent. Now that I think about it, I haven't touched Season 2 since my first play through. And I just finished my 1000th run on Season 1/400 days
Same here. I also watched yt players and their decisions. But I don't care about season 2. Disaster.

Yes, it was worth it. Wasn't the best season but I still enjoyed playing it.
WTF is wrong with you?!

...I'll stop now XD sorry.
I loved Season 2 about as much as Season 1 if not a little more.

and they made my 2 favorite and beloved character determinant... nice fucking done...
in which country do you pay 100 dollars for games, certainly not in my country (Denmark)
I thought so. I mean it wasn't that bad for me to be very disappointed.
australia
Are you talking Australian dollars or us dollars?
Australian if it were us it would be like $103 or something around there
This.
