Has Vince's backstory ever been revealed?
I think the beginning of Vince's scenario in 400 days was interesting.
Why did Vince shoot some guy and what did he mean when he said he was helping his brother? And is there any significance that he was in the town of Macon?

I Guess his brother was in some kind of debt, (Drugs, Money, Etc.)
His brother might have been Glenn, who seemingly was in trouble with money also.
However, this is pure speculation and mainly based on the facts that they both lived in Macon and both are Asian (which doesn't account for much :P).
Also, Vince shares the same character model with Glenn, and they do look alike.
That sounds likely. Maybe Glenn knew what trouble Vince was in and left Lee's group so he could go looking for him?
Glenn said he had friends in Atlanta, Vince came from Macon and was heading to a prison outside of Atlanta before he escaped.
Maybe. But what's strange is that before the guy got shot, he said that he didn't even know Vince's brother.
True, either he was lying, or vince had the wrong guy.
I think he was going to The Prison.
Maybe. Apparently Lee was.
Yeah, it was confirmed Lee was on his way to the prison.
The cop that drove him also was the one that drove Thomas (from the comics, not sure if it was his name) to the prison.
He was the one that the cop told Lee about, who murdered his wife.
Yeah, it was. He drove Thomas Richards.
Was that the guy who chopped off Hershel's little two nieces' (I think nieces) heads?
Vince's brother was killed in a drive by. He had his Lee moment. Does anyone play the same game i do?
It was Hershel's two twin daughters.
I don't remember this being said, when is that said?
Never.
