Overlap Kenny and Alone (probably the most straight forward way).
I wrote an example in another topic that overlaps Kenny and Wellington endings, where the scene opens with Clem being taught by either Kenny or somebody from Wellington how to set up hunting traps.
What do you mean by "overlap" Kenny and Alone? Alone has a total of three possibilities. Alone with Jane alive. Alone with Kenny alive. Alone with both of them dead.
There's a lot of ways to make it 3.

If you ended the game alone without the company of the other survivor then you go through the opening with them completely off screen.
If you end the game leaving Wellington with Kenny you recycle most of the production from the "Alone" opening but you make Kenny a part of the story somehow. You can tailor Clem's dialogue so it can sound like she's talking to herself "or" responding to Kenny in some spots, and you flat out skip some dialogue where Kenny's influence in the conversation cannot be made to sound like she's reasonably talking to herself.
Or, you mostly take Kenny off screen even for the "leave with Kenny" opening, and then you don't even need to use fancy dialogue tricks.
Realistically no. I think the reason they gave so many different endings in season 2 was because they were ending Clem's story line in a way that everyone could be happy with the path they chose. They're working on so many games right now, so I find it hard to believe that they will put more work on their plate with the addition of writing/animating 3-5 separate story lines for each episode of season 3. If they did, I doubt that the episodes would be as well-written and executed as the prior seasons. They'd probably be rushed, and half baked tbh. If you thought the criticism for season 2 was bad, I can't even imagine how it will be for season 3 if they do by some insane chance decide to write 3-5 separate story lines.:/

Then the spirit of Kenny, having returned from hell to seek revenge in the human plane, haunts the trio at Howe's Hardware
Season three becomes a supernatural thriller

Megami Tensei (sometimes called MegaTen by fans) is the name of the entire franchise. Persona is a spinoff of the MegaTen series. I don't want to say for sure that Makoto Yuuki is his canon name, because I don't know if Atlus has come out and said if the Persona 3 movie is canon or not. However, it's the closest to a canon name he has for the time being, so until Atlus says so most people ususally address him as Makoto Yuuki to be safe. His name for sure isn't Megami Tensei.
In the manga, his name is Minato Arisato, but Atlus has confirmed that the manga isn't canon. The reason I used both names, was because I didn't know which name you wanted me to address him by. lol
OH! Okay I'm now seeing that name by my Person 4 Golden XD Sorry about that I like Minato Arisato! Got a nice ring to it too bad it isn't canon so I will call him Makoto Yuuki then :P thanks for not beating me down about it XD I just started playing this series about 5 weeks ago! For some reason I'm backpedaling the games I just finished three the journey almost through the answer

I havn't seen anything but other people say they have either heard or seen stuff. It is entirely possible that when they were developing Season 2 they were unsure rather or not this would be the last one so it was better to give Clementine a proper ending then to leave people hanging on a story arc that would never come.
I remember there being a video posted here a while back, (a few days after No Going Back came out) about TellTale hinting or saying that there is still more growth left to be seen in Clem's character, or something along those lines.

You don't need 5. You just need 3 with minor variations. It's easy to write them all to one common plot point as well.
4 , (Alone . Kenny , Jane´s endings and Wellington)
I am sure it is possible, if they have a lot of time to do so.

Is it impossible? No. Really difficult? Most likely. Here's hoping on DLC to deal with it or a whole new group/story.

Your avatar of Makoto Yuuki/Minato Arisato is awesome!
Didn't TellTale hint that they would continue Clem's story in a video a while back?
I hope the Jane endings have Luke in them. Luke goes back to Tennessee (Howe's) for warmth and finds Jane and Clem.

And in the end, Kenny rots in hell.![:D :D](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/lol.png)
but then its revealed in an after-credits scene that it isn't over yet
sequel time, motherfucker
Is that his Canon name? People on other forums told me I was wrong about that and said it was Megami Tensei!
Why was Kenny in Hell? Don't you know he is the boat god?
well you see, the director didn't get the memo and it just sort of went from there
yeah
Kenny, a homicidal women beater, a God? I laugh at you.

I want to make a joke about most gods fitting that description, but i'm not going to

1st of all, fanboy, not even close.
2nd of all, I'm joking, I'm having fun with your hatred of Kenny.
3rd, Kenny is still a great character.

Jane is the worst...

you should have put his ethnicity as "dumb stupid idiot"
I'll admit, that's actually pretty fun (Pussy Jr. love it, Duck sucks). But still untrue.

If they can make 2 stories for TftB and 5 stories for GoT, then they can definitely do 5 different stories for the first episode of Season 3 of TWDG!
I actually have faith that Telltale Games will establish this!
