If you look in the drugs store there is a height measure on the wall. Lee with shoes on measures to exactly 6 foot. Kenny seems shorter in almost every cut scene but appears to get taller in season 2. I don't think you could quite squeeze another inch out of Lee.
Lee is 6”2 if you look up lee Everett on his fandom wiki it says 6”2 before I thought 6”0 but it was bothering me so I looked it up so it’s actually 6”2
