To be honest, I don't know how I would react to that. Should I be angry at her for betraying Lee like she did and essentially causing him to lose his cool and kill a man, or be thankful because if it wasn't for her, Lee wouldn't have been convicted and wouldn't have met Clementine.
Don't forget throwing salt licks at walkers.

She'd probably bring it up if a conversation led to it, like if you asked her about her past or if someone else told you about it.
