I believe either they are going to either write in a new storyline, or they're going the dream angle where she falls into the river and wakes up at Season 3.

What I predict will happen is different from what I want to happen. So here's what I predict:
Clem's story will continue, she will be the playable character in Season 3 (which I like).
If Kirkman gives Telltale permission to go past the comics, there will be a large time skip, like 6-7 years, that way AJ is older. If not, then no time skip.
Everyone will end up at the same point, but after about the first episode (I hope there's 6 episodes, that way the first episode deals with getting everyone on track).
Kenny or Jane, depending on who your with, will die by the end of the episode (I feel this is better than having them get pushed to the background for the rest of the season). But let them have some impact, like Carley from Season 1.
We will meet a new but smaller group of survivors, who will help Clem raise AJ (if you got the alone ending, you will meet these guys about halfway through the first episode, if you had a Kenny/Jane ending, towards the end).
No characters will be brought back, but if they do decide to do that, hopefully Arvo, Mike, and (determinant) Bonnie, and you can choose to kill them or let them into your group. If you kill them, the other group members will become afraid of you, and if you welcome them, they will look at you differently.
Clem gets rid of the ugly ass coat Bonnie gave her.
6-7 years timeskip? Why not a few months? I mean, it'd be a huge timeskip. Maybe even too huge if we're talking about Clementine being protagonist again. Imagine how much we'd miss from her life during those years.
What I predict will happen is different from what I want to happen. So here's what I predict:
* Clem's story will continue, she will be… more the playable character in Season 3 (which I like).

The reason I say that is because it would make AJ much older. That way, as part of Season 3, we could have a relationship between Clem and AJ that somewhat mirrors the relationship of Lee and Clementine. Only this time, Clem takes what she has learned from Lee and will teach AJ how to survive and will protect him like Lee protected her.

Interesting idea but like I said it seems like too huge timeskip. Also you have to admit it'd be the same case like in season 1 and I doubt they'll repeat something like that in the story. I guess there will be timeskip between season 2 and 3 but only a few months or at least a year (maybe two).
Still it's safe to assume that Clem and AJ will be in season 3 because if I remember correctly then in GameInformer interview they said that our season 2 endings will play a big role in season 3. Also they said something in playing dead, I can't remember what exactly but after that I had a feeling that they want to continue current story (or at least it's one of the ideas).

I think it would be cool if you could decide if you wanted the whole season two to be a dream and you could start the game as Lee in the RV with Clem or You could continue season 2
No character development, potential for this season to be great ends after ep.2, everyone dies (very poorly, I'll tell you that), and Clem ends up alone again.
Comments
Jane/Kenny: It´s so good being alive!
Clem:
they die
Clem:
AJ: uncontrollable crying
Every new character dies.
Season ends with Clementine being alone for the third time.
The 400 days group as walkers/scavengers.
I think its gonna suck if its going to be the same as season 2. (in terms of writing)
I believe either they are going to either write in a new storyline, or they're going the dream angle where she falls into the river and wakes up at Season 3.
They will continue where they left off. I can guarantee you that.
The dream angle is the only way i can explain away the multiple endings, without it being stupid.
YEah
Clem's story to continue.
So your explanation is that it was all a dream?
If Clementine's story continue (either her being PC or not) she'll probably meet some new group of survivors.
Walkers popping out of nowhere.

Season 3 will be the quest to go back to the cabin to find the lost Juice Boxes

No way, we're going back to the St. John Dairy to find Maybelle.
Maybelle confirmed for Season 3.

"Maybelle?" (Clementine)
"Moooooooooooooooo" (Maybelle)
"You got really lucky, huh?" (Clementine)
"Mooo" (Maybelle)
I saw that article, definitely gave me some reassurance that Clem would be in Season 3, but I never really thought they would get rid of her.
What a twist M. Night Shyamalan.
Perhaps Maybelle is the one who drank all those juiceboxes.
Me neither. She was their first idea in season 1 so it must mean something, right?
What a twist M. Night Shyamalan.
I 100% agree with you.
