Signature Edition Out of Stock?

Hi Guys, I just went to purchase the signature edition for free as I bought the PC digital version ages ago, and it seems to be currently out of stock? Any idea when (or if) there will be any more? Thanks a lot.

    I wish Id have noticed sooner! I only bought the digital PC version for the signature edition DVD, I already have the game on two other formats!! (Addicted!)

    I spent 30 minutes yesterday trying to add it to cart to no avail. I chalked it up to a weekend glitch that would be fixed by Monday morning. Sure enough, it added to cart just fine this morning, only--of course--when checking out, it comes up as out-of-stock. After only three days, this is very frustrating. Is there any precedent for printing more once the limited supply runs out? The promise: "You're eligible for a signature edition DVD" should probably have a "warning: limited supply--first come, first serve" otherwise.
