Do you want Nate to return? [POLL]

Even though he did not appear in S2 after a lot of people thought he would due to how popular his character was after 400 days, he is still mentioned and talked about a lot on these forums, so would you like to see him return to the game at some point?

Comments

  • Yes, please. He was interesting.

  • Yes, I dont mind a few of the 400 days people showing up. Though I'm not too fussed about it

  • But is there anyone who would say 'No'?

  • Yes, people who didn't like him because of his lust for women and rude psychotic behaviour.

Basically people with little sense of humour!

No, I'm done with the whole bringing back characters shit. While I enjoyed having Kenny back, his appearance was a hindrance on the cabin group's development. We don't need a fan favorite character to, again, take the spotlight for the next season. Instead, new characters and no bringing back anyone (except Clem and AJ).

  • I dont want him to come back, but i have humour sense. I laughed so hard when Jane Killed Troy HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHHA HAHAHA GOOD JOB JANE HAHAHAHAHA......... sorry

  • Yes but I dislike him.

  • For killing him, YES! For have him in the group, NO!

  • I highly doubt Telltale would bring back Nate and here's why. We already know him and have formed an opinion about they type of person he is. The only way Telltale could bring him into season 3 would to be the villain because no one would trust him.

Sure he would be an interesting character, like a mass murder with a scence of humor but I seriously doubt most people would accept him as the new Lee. Could anyone here play an episode with Nate fairly and completely forget how he was in 400 Day's?

When we met Bonnie in season 2, our first interaction was with a woman peeking into the lodge, saying she had a family waiting for her, then she return's with Carver and help's him kidnap the group. That's why at Howe's when my Clem was with Bonnie I never spoke to her, I never forgave her because all my Clem knew of Bonnie was that she lied, was with Carver and I would not trust her to tell her about Luke. I know in 400 Day's she wasn't really a "bad" person, but Clem only know's what she learned from expirence.

How could we play as Clem in season 3, knowing what we know of Nate and find a way to trust him? I couldn't. My initial reaction would be to shoot him on sight, but that wouldn't be fair since Clem has never met him.

  • I don't see how they would write him in, and tagging him in the Clementine Story line. They're in different states.

  • Well, he did have a nifty truck and could have possibly driven it from one state to another! I've personally driven from Virginia to California in 3 day's, so "Nine Day's later" Nate could be anywhere he wanted.

  • To be on a rival group/minor appearence: yes.

To be part of Clementine's group/season's major antagonist: no.

So for me it depends what role Nate has to want him back. I just hope that if Telltale does it, then they will do it well.

  • I'm sure his trucks tyres burst when being shot at when him and Russ are at Gils gas station.
