Sarah didnt have to scream, but she did, so your argument is invalid
lmao. In Sarah's case, there's no such thing as "didn't have to". It was her immediate reaction. Sorry she's not as cold hearted as you, buddy.
Screaming is a natural reaction Zyke, why do you think so many people do it? Its normal you have no control unless you were to teach yourself to remain calm. Did you think Sarah did that? No. She even has really bad anxiety, so screaming is her only reaction she has no control.
It wasn't her choice to do it. It was a natural reaction many people do, don't act like we can just control ourselves like that. Emotions are a powerful thing we can't always control them, its hard to do. Saying it is one thing, but doing it is harder than you think.
If you give in to the fear, then of course logical reaction is to scream. And if you are sadistic and sick, laughing would be the response. … moreThese however are not reflexes.
If someone pulls out a gun in intent to murder you, would you scream, surrender, or try to take a way the gun? By your logic, screaming would be the answer, since majority of people fears dying? Its all up to choosing how to react and controlling your emotions.

Lmao, that's not even the same context as Sarah's situation. Are you pulling these our of your ass or something?

Screaming is idiotic remains from our ancestors imo. How does screaming help when bear attacks you? You play dead and stay quiet and calm. If you however choose to give in to the fear, then obviously you are going to scream.
How is anxiety related to this? Its not even condition you cant manage to control yourself.

Well i've had anxiety disorder for 7 years, yet i have chosen to ignore the mental side of it. Only thing which i cant control is the physical part (heart rate rising, sweating etc). If are weak-willed, then of course anxiety might be a problem, but for me, its just inconvenience, because i dislike the feeling of my body showing signs of being nervous.
So no, you are incorrect. You can have control over it.
Sarah had anxiety and PTSD. Anxiety makes reactions like that happen, trust me I have extreme anxiety, probably just like Sarah.
It's not a choice Zyke.
Sarah didn't have a gun pointed at her. And even if she did, she would freeze up and stutter, not scream out in fear. She watched her father be murdered right in front of her, her immediate reaction is to scream. And that's uncontrollable, as explained in other peoples arguments against you.

Wow, thanks Zyke, you Truly know what it's like to have a disorder you need to take medicine for...You don't know what it's like, you say you have it but even if you do, it's very minor to where you can just ignore it.
So no, you are incorrect. You can have control over it.
YOU can have control over your MINOR anxiety. You can't call be wrong...I've had anxiety for my entire life. My family has it, it's genetic, I can't get rid of it nor control it. I deal with it, you...Even if you have it, it is minor for you. You control it because you dislike signs of your body being nervous...Well you know I don't like to have to deal with every little decision haunt me, making me fear that I ruined something. Zyke, just stop. You know nothing of Anxiety or depression or PTSD. Once you start insulting me of a genetic problem I'm done with you.

How does screaming help when bear attacks you?
Screaming is another thing people use to relieve pain. Why do you think people groan and yelp when they're injured? Why do you think they cry? They don't chose to do it. And it's also a defense method in scaring the bear/shouting loud enough for someone to hear and come find you.
You play dead and stay quiet and calm.
And then they pick you up, and eat you/claim you as their own.
If you however choose to give in to the fear, then obviously you are going to scream.
It's not a matter of choosing or not, you don't think in the moment. It's a human being's natural instinct to scream.
How is anxiety related to this? Its not even condition you cant manage to control yourself.
How is it not? Sarah's anxiety is part of the reason why she acted how she did. Why do you think her screaming was so forceful? Especially being anxious around a fucking zombie herd. And anxiety can't be controllable, that's just insensitive and insulting.
It was her choice to be like that.
Sigh. Can you go do some research on anxiety maybe? There is no choice in the matter of disabilities or not.
Emotions are controllable and i atleast havent found any trouble controlling mine.
Emotions and disability symptoms are two different things.

Ive tried 2 different pills for it but chose to be without them, so dont preach that i dont know how it feels. Ive had to tolerate this shit from my body for 7 years and i will most likely have it until i die, so dont give me that bs. And it had major affect on my life until i had it under control.
7 years?! My whole LIFE! I WILL have it till the day I die! It's genetic, if you only have had it for 7 years then yours isn't genetic and you have a CHANCE to get rid of it.
The fact that i dont value life that much and wouldnt really care if i died suddenly probably helps my situation.
I value life and want to help people before I die but you don't.
I live far in north, its always cold and dark, plus theres that 35 days without sun in winter
Move.
Dont tell me that i dont know what depression feels like.
You don't have it genetically.
I just love how you belittle my condition for what ever reason you have.
I wonder why? Well could it be that you did it first? That you are being a hypocrite here?
You should seek comfort in death, it might cheer you up.
I'm willing to bet you haven't even been in a real fight. Most kids in the US are really damn sheltered.
You're a lot more like Sarah than you realize. The only difference is that she doesn't pretend to be someone she isn't.
How is that creepy? It's news. He could be talking about TWD, that's why I posted it. He could be implying about a DLC. And I don't think th… moreey're doing Season 3 work this early. Needless to say, I do like Scott Porter a lot. But that doesn't have anything to do with Sarah. Seems like you getting beaten to a pulp with valid arguments turned your only defence to insults.
JMOREL posted a funny comment about spidey senses or something so i posted another one about your obsession with Luke. Did it have any relevance to this? No, i just thought it was funny. Well my favourite is Kenny, and i never marked out to the point where i made a thread "KENNYS BACK GUYS!" "GAVIN DID RECORDING SESSIONS!," WHAT DO OYU THINK? A FLASHBACK? DLC?
I was excited yes but not to the obsessive way you are.
So, what does my obsession with a video character have to do with this at all? I didn't even say or imply that it was a DLC ABOUT HIM ONLY. … moreGo back and read the thread, obviously you'd be hyped up if you favourite character's VA tweeted something like that. Hell, you'd shit your pants.

Screaming helps to get your mind off about the pain, but how is this relevant to this discussion? Crying is distant concept to me, after not crying for over 10 years, so no comment on that. "defense method" from our ancestors, not very useful nowadays. There arent really any predators around to alert about. Scaring the bear away? Hah...
And then they pick you up, and eat you/claim you as their own.

If you didn't realize, I was being sarcastic. I was saying something exactly how you were saying it, it's called mocking. Please read a dict… moreionary. And by your logic, Sarah was supposed to know that her father was going to be eaten alive and shouldn't have done anything about it.
So please, grasp the basic concept of being rekt.
Did i say she could save Carlos did i? Please, direct me to where i said that. Yeah, Clementine was in that situation with Lee. except she pulled him into a shop, Sarah stood there a screamed and almost got the whole group killed, running away in the process.
Smart.
There was no way she could even save Carlos? You're acting like she could have done something, when in reality, she couldn't. It's called being in the heat of the moment.
Considering that the first time i talked to her, it was about a question i asked about 2 mansions being together in episode 4, and she's telling me about how they're butted up against each other. And i kept trying to ask how if you can only see 1 and she tells me to chill? Apparntly asking questions you have chill. So i come back with a sarcastic comment "Itrs hard to chill down here dude". Impyling it's hot in Australia. And shes goes on about sexual turning me on? Lol Oh, and she always started the argument becuase i got her gender wrong. Next time before i reply to someone, ill try and find their gender because that's so important.
You might of sounded aggressive in your posts, she told you to chill. You joke wasn't that clear, if you made it clearer then we wouldn't have this problem.
Believe it or not, people like to be recognized as their gender. You should have just said "Sorry" and went on your marry way, now you keep spamming her with insults.

Uh, yes, it is a reflex. When people get scared, they don't tell themselves to scream. It just happens. Especially if said person has bad anxiety.
