Screaming is … moreanother thing people use to relieve pain. Why do you think people groan and yelp when they're injured? Why do you think they cry? They don't chose to do it. And it's also a defense method in scaring the bear/shouting loud enough for someone to hear and come find you.
You play dead and stay quiet and calm.
And then they pick you up, and eat you/claim you as their own.
If you however choose to give in to the fear, then obviously you are going to scream.
It's not a matter of choosing or not, you don't think in the moment. It's a human being's natural instinct to scream.

I do indeed have anxiety disorder, which was also the reason i was given C papers in medical examination for army (means i dont have to go through military service). Social anxiety disorder is the one i have, which causes all kinds of reactions in my body, but since ive "learned/grown" to ignore other people, its only unpleasant and distracting feeling when im in social interaction with strangers (and sometimes with not so good friends). I absolutely have no control over how my body reacts on those situations but i can keep my mind clam because of my personality being what it is. I hope this cleared this a bit to you.
Im unable to work because of this so it kinda is a problem now. Need to get job but its pretty much impossible with my condition in small town revolving around tourism, so customer service is pretty much central thing in every job...
