Does anyone else find it odd...

There are no notifications in the last chapter of Season 2 or in any of the endings. Notifications like (!) _will remember that become non existent towards the end of the story. I feel this is hinting that Clementine's story is finished and Season 3 will start with a new story with a whole new set of survivors.

  • I wouldn't say Clem's story is finished based on that,no. Telltale's latest game, TFTB, barely has any notifications.

  • Honestly, the notification take the feel of the game. And it would be stupid to take Clementine out of the game. That would be as risky as the time they kill Lee, times infinity squared.

  • Also Carley will remember that

  • And we remember what happened after that....

  • That took a massive jump.

You shouldn't base your opinion on that, especially if you were just digging for something to find to support her not being the protagonist.

Just wanted to point out something that I found odd to me that is all. Considering these notifications were throughout the whole of S1 and S2 up until these points.

Hopefully, I'm tired of Clementine, right now she needs to be gone from the game. Maybe she can come back in a later episode, but after S2 P-HEW.

  • Could be an oversight.

  • I had noticed the lack of notifications as well, and I believe that it could be showing something important. Telltale themselves stated that who you ended up with in S2 E5 would affect Season 3 greatly. Perhaps you can play as AJ or Clem. The one you don't play as has a personality that depends on who you ended up with. A leap, I know, but it could be possible.

    Could be an oversight.

  • After telltale said the endings would be important on next season, I'm pretty sure Clem will be the main character
