No, it would serve literally no point for Clementine to meet him. Also, since the game is in the comics universe and not the tv shows, Daryl does not exist.

It wasn't as bad as everyone said it was it was very short that was the problem and ps2 graphics and he's coming out with a new game silent hills (can't wait buying it the day it comes out)

Everthing is in the same universe, it's just that Daryl is in Rick's group right now and clementine is somewhere else so it wouldn't make sense if they just threw Daryl in the game

Clem meeting up with Rick's group would be interesting....or if not meeting up with them then coming across areas that Rick's group have been. I personally wouldn't want to meet up with Rick's group in the game because the two are supposed to be separate stories.
