Well yeah, of course she is, she still is a kid after all. People need to remember that, even though she's more mature, she's still a kid at heart. When it comes to surviving, she's mentally an adult, but when it comes to everything else, she's still a kid and does maintain that sort of innocence and belief that there is still good in the world.
Just wait for @ABigBadWolf and his gold collection of "The Creepiest Clementine Faces You'll Ever See". I heard it did win Halloween this year.

90% of my collection of images is just Clementine looking pissed off.
Even when an 11 year old broken girl is pissed off she still looks fucking adorable, no one should ever question whether she looks adorable or not, she is nuff said.
