3 days for game of thrones is one thing but 10 days for TFBL and still nothing. thats ridiculous.
I doubt there will be a compensation..lets just hope we get the episodes asap.. at this point I got a few a big spoilers while searching for this problem.. and that sucks..if its not there on wednesday the latest then I give up on it..
I remember something similar happened with a TWAU episode a while ago.. it wasnt out on wednesday and telltale got in contact with sony and they put it up 2 days later on friday.. which shows they can fix it quick..
like you said.. 10 days late for TFTBL is a bit too much without any kind of statement or update on the situation..basically its the same for GOT ..some EU countries got the ps3 version on the 3rd..
the ratings on PSN for the season passes are very bad and keep getting worse.. last time I checked it was like 90 people who bought and rated the GOT pass.. like 50 for TFTBL ..
I have exactly the same problem in Germany. Paid 25 Euros for the Season Pass for PS3, but there is no way to download the episode or a demo or anything. Sonys customer service hast not responded. Please fix this. What really irritates me is that nobody from Telltale acknowledges the problem here. It's okay if it takes some time to fix this, but the least you can do, is to inform people that there is this and that going on and that you deal with it and that this will take probably untill so and so. Is that too much to ask for? Some decency and some respect for your customers?

its been 2 weeks now and Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands are still not avaible on the German PS3 Store. The season passes are there but no single episodes or a demo.
The support told us a week ago that Telltale is in contact with Sony EU but we never got any news. Sony doesn't give us news either, they just say they know about the issue and for further information we are supposed to ask the publisher.
A lot of people (atleast 120) bought the season pass and are still waiting.
I really think its time for Telltale to help us cause we did everything we could. We called and emailed support, both for Telltale and Sony, but we're still left in dark.
Looks like SONY and telltale playing dead now. Mistakes on both sides; and at least they have our money and we have nothing! Cant understand why Sony put games in their store we cant use.... and i cant understand why telltale couldnt be more concrete on their release-details; like: "Game of Thrones PS3 version on 10.12 (but the past shows us that it could give problems with the release dates inn germany; netherlands whatever stores...or outta technically problems/ or outta problems with sony we cant bring out the game for germany at the moment etc...)". Just hope to get my money back......ohhhh yes; a statement from telltale and sony would be nice too.

Now with Christmas and new year coming up there's no way we get it anytime soon. You dont expect us to wait 3 more weeks, do you? Sony only makes small updates on holidays, which basically means they dont make any updates at all.

Yesterday I found out how to get the full episode 1 with my previously purchased season pass on the EU store in the Netherlands. I opened the PlayStation Store, browsed the featured games, and there I found the Game of Thrones game page for Telltale. From there, I could access all related downloads. I now had the option of downloading the full episode 1 for free (since I had the season pass, the purchase was €0,00) and I got the 1,2 mb unlock file.
Note:
Downloading from the game still doesn't work. A dialog box opens saying that there is no content.
Searching within the PlayStation Store doesn't work. All you get is that other GoT game.
The season pass won't download, even though it gives you that option and you see no error message.
Within the game, it still seems that the season pass hasn't been purchased yet.
I send them an e-mail; and asked if i could get my money back. Normally there must be an option....i mean i hope! Just a pitty that such big companies exactly know; that it is for "lil people" like us, to hard to take proceedings against something like that.

its definetely not on the german store.. this sounds more like the episode was always there for netherlands but you had to search for it.. we got the game of thrones page/banner too but when you open it theres only the season pass..

This is something for the German customer protection authorities. Refusal to deliver and to charge back the money received for services not delivered. After christmas I am going to take this to the authorities - you can start with the Verbraucherzentralen. If many people in different states in Germany repot it, the better.

I think it is time for a few guerrilla tactics, complain about it in comment sections everywhere (youtube, twitter, facebook, etc.) They make advertisement and tell how good the game is on everywhere and ignore us with our problem.
But if under the new trailer on youtube ore tweet where a view hundred comments (i think we more than enough) that complain about this mess, they might work faster, nobody likes bad publicity.
(I mean serious complain not hate!!)
I've contacted a lawyer yesterday and wrote to sony with a last limit of time to solve the problem or refund me. If they fail to meet the deadline, I will sue them after christmas.
thats true.. but to be honest, with the upcoming holidays they're not gonna do anything to fix it.. like 150 people bought it on ps3.. on ps4 its already 1500, if they had the problem sony would fix it asap.. its a damn shame..and I'm sure sony already got the perfect answer (lie).. something like communication problems with the publisher or crap like that..

yeah a real statement woul be great.. all we got so far are 3 responses..
telltalemike (support) said they'll look into this and contact sony..hope to give us an update asap..
jennifer (telltale staff) only said its sony's fault, nott telltale's..
and sony support said they also know about this problem and they're working on it..
we'll see.. hopefully we get an update about this tommorow and the episodes when the store updates.. if not I doubt we get the episodes this year..
