S1 - E1: Saved Doug, but I have Carley in Episode 2
As title says, I saved Doug in the end of Episode 1, but now in the Episode 2 I have Carley

Well, obviously you have any problems with saves
I tried this solution for the decisions problem, and it worked!!!
Episode 1 choices not being carried into Episode 2 on the PC.
We are investigating this issue now but have not yet been able to reproduce it under normal play. Please keep in mind that if you use the Rewind feature on your current save game, you will need to play through Episode 1 on that save to completion before the choices will transfer into Episode 2. This is why we recommend copying your save to a separate slot before using Rewind.
If you’re currently experiencing this issue, please open the folder that you installed The Walking Dead to. If you find a prefs.prop file in this folder, move (move; don't copy) it to your save game folder and overwrite the file that’s currently there. By default, that folder is located here:
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
Windows 7
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
The prefs.prop file isn't in the root of the game, but is in a subfolder.
All you needed to do is rewind to just before you save doug or carley, choose different dialogues whilst talking to them (when defending the store), just change things and it would work.
Pretty obvious what happened. The game said"wait A minute, this guy ACTUALLY saved the nerd, must've been an accident, lemme fix that for him"

I think Doug is better than Carley, even back in episode 1 I liked him more.
Yeah well..I admit I saved Doug in my first play-through. I knew Carley would of been the more popular choice so I did the opposite for it to be interesting. Everyone probably thought Lee would of eventually got laid and hated Lily even more for ruining that in episode 3. LOL Also Carley wasn't in as much danger as Doug upon first quick glance. One walker grabbing her one heel with one hand while Doug had multiple (at least 3 to 4) trying to pull him out a window by his shoulders. Kind of obvious now how many guy players there were with this game. Looking at the hot female reporter vs. chubby male tech geek the choice was overwhelmingly in Carley's favor.
