Kenny shouldn't have been in s2 at all and Nate should have been in s2 so I suppose I agree. (Then again, who knows how they would have butchered Nate's character had they brought him back. Who knows.)

Gotta give Breckon props on that one but knowing Breckon's history if , Nate ever crawls out of the plot hole he's been stuck in for 2 years he'll just be wasted potential.
I never really considered him or Louis protagonists. I played the expansions, but i didn't really like their characters.
I liked Franklin and the crazy dude, Micheal was ok, but felt like playing the role of the bitch throughout the entire story, why would he even care. It just doesn't make sense why a main Protagonist of a GTA Game would be intimidated by minor characters throughout the story.
First it was that drug dealer, then the cops. I mean Jesus.

People bring Tyreese up a lot to explain Kenny's survival, except that Tyreese was in a big gym where his movement would not be restricted as opposed to an alleyway with walkers on both sides of you. He was also a physically imposing dude who was a great melee fighter, qualities that are certainly not associated with season 1 Kenny.
And the biggest difference is that Tyreese slaughtered all the walkers. When we see the alleyway from above after Kenny's "sacrifice", it's still full to the brim with them, implying that Kenny would have had to push his way through a shitload of them (with the walkers not bothering with him because apparently, the moving target isn't as tasty as the dead one) with nothing but an unloaded pistol, not killing any of them, mind you, and survived to tell the tale. Yeah, no. Just no.
I will continue to hold the Christa scenario as the "canon" scenario for me personally, because even though they couldn't resist adding a stupid element to it as well (the multiple gunshots when there was only supposed to be one bullet left), it still makes infinitely more sense and is more comparable to the Tyreese scenario. Plus, it doesn't ruin anything once season 2 comes around, where if you saved Ben, Kenny ruins all the development he got by just insulting him again. At least with Christa, Kenny does it because he knows she's pregnant at that point, and being self-sacrificing for the young and especially for babies coincides with his character in season 2 just fine.
No one gets overpowered by walkers and lives to tell the tales
tyreese did it a whole 6-7 years before telltale did it with kenny if… more you don't see the body they aren't dead even rick knows it
anyway putting nate in kenny's position would have made no sense they should have just added nate along with kenny
I liked Nate from 400 Days. I certainly preferred him to the large majority of main characters, many of whom were tedious (Shell, Russel, Bonnie, Wyatt- the only one I liked was Vince!). But I can't agree with you here.
Firstly, that scene where we are united with Kenny is one of the best in the entire of Season 2. Replacing him with Nate would be interesting, but there would be no emotion (for me at least).
Secondly, I can't see how Nate would survive with Mathew, Walt and Sarita- he's more of a loaner, and would probably have shot them if I'm honest.
However, I DO agree that seeing the interactions between Clem and Nate would be interesting. However, it is unlikely Nate will ever turn up (which is a shame) and if he did I wouldn't want him to replace Kenny.

Hell, Tyreese did a great job in debunking that.
Golden rule of The Walking Dead: If you didn't see them die, they're most likely alive.
But I agree, Kenny in Season 2 just wasn't working. I would have prefered Lilly, though.

Well considering how Breckon worked on 400 Days, I doubt he would have fucked up Nate's character.

There's always and adult male who wants Clementine for himself, why not make it a Sarita VS Jane thing xd

Are you speaking about the one and only, Trevor Philips?
Yeah i like his attitude on life.

I felt the protagonists in 5 were the weakest in terms of physical strength or character. TBOGT was a great DLC
