Both of her parents are black, but her mother is just a lighter shade, so Clementine is black.
Clementine's parents are black, her skin is quite dark, but a lighter shade. And her hair is definitely "black" hair.

Why does it matter? When I first played the game, I thought she could be anything. It didn't cross my mind that she was black.Until, she cut her hair.
