Michael Madsen as Carver in the TV Show?

Kirkman said that he really wants to make a connection between the game and the TV show, when I saw he saying that I was like : "Hell no, I don't want these guys fucking the game's story up".

But I was thinking, and it would make some sense if Michael Madsen (actor that voices and gives Carver his face in the game) plays as Carver in the TV Show(Madsen said that he really wants to play a character in the show), I think it would be a hell of a connection. What do you guys think?Alt text

Edit: Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that I want crossovers to happen, I'm just considering this possibility.

  • FUCK. TV. SERIES!

  • Yeah, fuck it. But this is a thing to think about

    FUCK. TV. SERIES!

  • GET. THE. GUNS

    FUCK. TV. SERIES!

  • How about Carver plays as Michael Madsen in TWD?

  • If you don't know the guy, this is the best movie he ever acted:

  • Reservoir Dogs is in my top ten films. Love it.

If you don't know the guy, this is the best movie he ever acted:

  • Not carver, but he looks like a great negan

  • I'm also part of the majority that does not want a crossover. But, with that being said, I wouldn't mind seeing Carver as a villain in the show if Kirkman was absolutely determined to do a character crossover. I'd rather him use Carver than Lee or Clem.

  • Michael Madsen would make a great Negan. After meeting him Comic Con and even with his bodyguard around, I was still really nervous. But he is a nice guy and has a great sense of humour.
Plus, he's a great actor and after the god-awful "Infected" film. This would make a great comeback!

  • Probably not because most of the time Kirkman always says he would rather keep it separate

I love the show and I like the game too, but i really hope they don't have the game characters appear on the show. I would be fine with like a little reference here and there though.

  • Kirkman said that he really wants to make a connection between the game and the TV show

It's weird because all I ever heard him say when asked about that is that he wants them to remain seperate and that he would never bring characters that are on the game in the show.

  • Could be cool but The game is not Canon with the TV Show The Game is canon with the Comics and the show isn't canon to either....

  • I think he's referring to an adaptation of the character in the TV series.

  • It wouldn't exactly be the same but it could still be cool.

  • Stop trying to put the game characters in the show and the TV characters in the game. For one thing, they're not canon to one another. And another, AMC could fuck up the game characters just as Telltale could fuck up the show characters.

  • I believe he's talking about the comic and not the show in those instances.
