This is a purely hypothetical situation that is impossible. In "A House Divided", when Kenny and Clem reunite, how would Clem react if it wasn't Kenny, but a different character that was thought to be dead:

    1. Carley: "I saw you get eaten by walkers/shot in the face, how did you survive?"
    2. Doug: same as Carley
    3. Lilly: Give her the bird for killing Carley (in my game)
    4. Lee: Cry, wouldn't have the strength to kill him since he would be a walker
    5. Molly: my Clem would be happy to see Molly back since I liked her, so she would greet her and smile, but wouldn't hug her
    6. Omid: "You got shot in the heart right in front of me, how the fuck are you alive?
    7. Chuck: "Lee told me you were eaten by walkers with guts spilled out of you, how are you alive?"
